I like that it keeps track of my contacts automatically by based on certain criteria in Zapier integration which integrates with other business solutions I use.
Some of the interface can be a little confusing, and not all of it is really needed by me. I'd like to see a few more features I can actually use and for the ones that just clutter things up to be removed.
managing contacts on auto pilot. contacts that get entered into our website polls automatically get synced to Bigin via Zapier. as well as the Paid Membership section on our website, syncs with it.
Bigin is a very simple and uncomplicated CRM for SMB and SME verticals.
Should get a few more options in the Express Edition with respect to creating workflows and profiles.

The following happens. If you have never used a CRM, at the moment of experimenting, you are left wanting more. You have to understand the concept of this CRM to later grow and improve to the broader version. I like being able to see the finances of the clients but I would also like to be able to register the payments. I would like the social network to be LinkedIn instead of Twitter.

Que es fácil de parametrizar, así como como la curva de aprendizaje no es grande, se puede implementar de manera rápida y se puede obtener un proceso de ventas funcional.
Que no se pueda integrar con Whatsapp, así como que no tenga la geolocalización como en el ZOHO CRM, lo cual es una limitante en referencia a las conversaciones y ubicación de los clientes.
El proceso de venta se puede canalizar de manera eficiente, así como el parametrizar reglas, en cada una de las etapas del proceso de los tratos, y la gestión de los contactos y el seguiemiento de cada venta.
