Bloomreach support is fast and easy to reach
We still haven't got the data we need in Bloomreach (not Bloomreach's fault though) so we are still working in two MA-system which is a big dislike

Bloomreach allows me to analyze our customer’s activity in a well-structured way. Great product analytics, reports, prediction and customer journey automation. Additionally, the tracking and profile merging allows me to combine more tracking data sources to empower our customer journey more visibly.
It's hard from the beginning to get used to the navigation. However, with all of the benefits I get from using this product, it is definitely worth the initial effort and learning. Documentation helps.
Bloomreach is helping me always to have a clear and easy-to-utilize tracking history of all of the customer’s actions. The options. We can do any kind of campaign based on our data. It is wonderful tool where you can decide from where the marketing automation (the recommendation engines) will learn.
The UX is still not perfect. But we have find out a lot of things in last 4 years. We are still connected to our CSM and support and they are working on our suggest. That is perfect cooperation.
