.I am using BreezyHR to recruit new employees. Benefits are easy to keep track, efficient and not complicated.
I get notifications sent directly to my email letting me know that I have a new candidate or some type of status change. Candidates are organized by status (Applied, Phone Screen, 1st Interview, etc.). I can send communication directly to candidate or recruiter, schedule interviews directly through Breezy.
So far, nothing. Really easy to use. I was able to easily weed out candidates to find the best person for the role.

Breezy is great! Our team has used this to hire several of our members. I love how it collects applicants from different sites and brings it under one channel. I no longer need to login to the different job sites our company uses and I can just wait for notification in my email for applicants.
There's nothing to dislike. Breezy has been excellent so far. I can track the status of a candidate from application to job offer sent and on-boarding.
BreezyHR is a candidate tracking and management tool. You can send notes to other members of your organization and you can easily see which stage of the funnel the candidate is at.
All Candidates are neatly filed in their respective job files and all information is extracted from their resumes in separate tabs to make the candidate review easier. You can see exactly where your candidate is in the recruiting process.
You do not have the ability to sort so to view a certain candidate quickly in the list is not easy to do. You have to type the name in the search button, then you have to search jobs they applied to to find the job your working on if they have applied for more than one job.
Much easier way to organize your candidates. Can do all recruiting through this one application. No switching back and forth between apps or spreadsheets.
BreezyHR is extremely easy to use, and makes the recruitment and hiring process much less stressful.
I would like to be notified not only when people apply, but if I have not opened an applicant profile after a certain amount of time (maybe 4-5 days) to remind me that I have people waiting to view their submissions!

The task of finding qualified recruits was handed to me on short notice with a "please rush" timeline. I was able to begin effectively working in Breezy right away. It is organized and intuitive -- and best of all: easy to learn to use! If you have any questions, they can be quickly answered by using the online help chat. Easy Breezy!
I made a few "rookie errors" getting started that were spurred mostly by me rushing into action and due to my understanding that all things Breezy were simple and intuitive (most functions are, but not all). There are a few deep functions that require more in-depth processing in order to get it "right".
Breezy makes it simple to publish job postings and receive candidates regularly. Having the option for video questions helps bring all of the initial steps of interviewing together so that you can effectively determine whether to go into the next steps of review.
Super easy to set up company page, awesome user experience. Overall love the app!

BreezyHR allows the interviewer and interviewee to communicate in an easy manner and the layout of the website is attractive as well. Breezy makes the recruitment process much easier for both parties.
