You have everything in just one place. Apart from the candidate's info, you have messaging (email+sms), scorecards, team comments, notes, questionnares, tasks, etc. You use what you need and forget what you don't, Breezy is full of options and that's something I really appreciate.
The interface is sometimes a bit slow. I think I could appreciate a less modern UI that worked faster.
I do recruiting and Breezy is my central hub for my everyday work. My whole team can have visibility of what's going on at any moment, and that's a lot to say when you have 20 active candidate pipelines.
The portal is so user friendly the learning curve is almost non existent.
Would love for the applicants to be "ranked" for me instead of in chronological order based on application date.
Our old system was complicated and we had a users cap that was inconvenient.
That the resume, application & checklist automatically upload under attachment. I like that when someone sends a referral through we can assign them to ourselves.
Sometimes it takes a while to load or likes resfresh a lot
less time copy & pasting, we can also see when people apply for multiple positions

I like everything - it has a free trial period, so you can really test everything and not only test, it is bringing you real candidates even on trial period because it is linked with Facebook, Glassdoor for free. I also enjoy the diverse functions and possibilities it offers - integration with Slack and Google calendar, customizable notifications, Chrome extension is really handy, video interviewing opportunity is exciting, automatic stage movements and disqualification questions, also CV preview - these things make it really an operative platform. Last but not least - pricing policy is very acceptable.
The job ad design part needs a bit improving. But it is better than most of the known competitors have. :)
I have no need to open and click around and copy-paste between different webpage windows all the time. Plus I get notifications and in the candidate view see all the important information very quickly - no need to search long for some information. And the trial period was too short - I can not get the understanding of the hiring process in your ATS with just two weeks. I had to copy all the candidates to another ATS-system to go on with their application process. I wish it was possible to try out all the steps, so the trial period could be a month. I do not use BreezyHR at the moment but I really wish I did. :) This is because I agreed to help out with my user feedback another company who develop their ATS-system. If they do not deliver in the near future what we really need and want, then BreezyHR is definitely an ideal backup for our company. :)
The communication functions are fantastic. Not just with the candidates, but with the hiring team. The ability to message support for help and they are right there responding is perfect. I never have to sit on hold. It's amazing. Keysha is my Breezy rep and I love working with her.
I don't like that the app doesn't have all the same candidate search functions as the site. I need to be able to pull up a candidate on a archived job posting, but that function is only available online.
I've saved so much time being able to post jobs so easily. The communication between the hiring team is so great. Because of the number of emails that we all get, I was always waiting on responses from other people about candidates. All our communication takes place in Breezy. No more searching through emails looking for an email about a candidate. It's all there under that person.
All team member can manage process, status and communication (email) at same dash board. It make so efficient our hiring process.
I feel a bit less flexible to design hiring portal design at Breezy.
The sharing information and status was difficult last time. But we can unify all process and communication by Breezy.

nothing particularly, it is a very useable app and I am still early-on in my usage of it.
I work in a remote location that hires people to our service and need to be in constant contact with our central HR regarding candidates and hiring etc. It is a great, simplistic application to maintain that communication between myself and the central HR group and the associated candidates.
It is super simple to use, specially with a team. Love the layout and It has all of the tools to make hiring a breeze lol. It is also really good for scheduling interviews and keeping track of the application process.
I wished I had founded it earlier. So far it has been great. Nothing to complaint about. We were not getting a lot of applicants at the start of the process. I'm not sure if this was due to an incorrect setting on my behave.
We are mainly using it to find great engineering talent. It has been great at allowing our team to work together through the hiring process.
Highly user friendly and awesome support team! I love the help center documentation. Always evolving to get better and it's great to be able to ask for new features and to have a summary of the newest features that are live!
Not possible to link with Angelist but only because of Angelist not Breezy's responsability. Otherwise, truly nothing to add in the dislike! Really enjoy using it.
Makes our recruitment process easier, smoother and more collaborative. We work with different managers on the ATS and they're internationally based, very helpful to follow everybody's recruitment and let the managers own their recruitments.
The system is extremely easy to navigate and it's awesome for keeping the entire team on the same page.
I have not come across something I do not like yet.
The scheduling and reminders have made it really easy to keep everyone on the same page, as well as keep candidate information in one central location.
We got high quality candidates from lots of sources that we could have never found ourselves. Breezy also made it easy to qualify and keep track of all of them in the process.
You will probably still need to have your own rating criteria documented somewhere else.
Recruiting great talen in a smooth and structured way.
I lobe how intuitive the site is. Makes looking for qualified candidates very easy.

Consolidating all candidates from external sites
SO easy to use! I love that everything is in one place. I'm able to have the job description/email/status updates all in one place. It is also a plus that EVERYONE on the team can access candidate and profiles and we can all add details if needed. I also like that I can parse over a LI resume into Breezy. It acts as a good place holder until I can talk to the candidate and get their most recent resume.
It would be AMAZING if Breezy linked/talked to LinkedIN!
It's so helpful to have everything in one place. I don't have to go back and forth to my work email to find job descriptions or details on the position- it's all in Breezy!
Like excel, breezy is limited only by how much work you put into it. Lately, we have been pushing the system with thousands of applications for hundreds of jobs and eliminating most chasing of documents, scheduling of interviews and much, much more.
Like any flexible system with multiple moving parts, the demand for new features is fierce. While support is always responsive and positive, it can take some time for a complete upgrade. They are pretty receptive though and love new ideas.
Able to consolidate most of our systems down from 12 unique programs which didn't communicate with each other to a third of that. More to come. I have worked with a ton of these, and breezy offers the most for the least. Its just that simple.
Easy to use. Customizable to fit your own process. It has a ton of really useful tools that I don't use but will be useful for others Great customer service. If I ever have a question I can just ask and get a human reply with the correct answer shortly after.
The automatic scroll right function in pools is mildly annoying. Not much else really.
Centralized database for candidates as a recruiter. I use a lot of spreadsheets but it's hard to find candidates amongst the growing amount of pages. Breezy makes it really simple and easy to keep track of my best candidates and their current status. I love the fact I can just start typing a name and quickly find the candidate I was looking for in the candidate's profile window there are contacts, notes, resume and a profile overview with links. Perfect, its all in one place!

not much, but would be great to see screen sharing added to the video feature set for remote interviews
our small company is able to "punch above our weight" with a high quality career portal and candidate experience despite very little internal resources devoted to recruiting
BreezyHR is an easy to use, sleek and lightweight platform. It took me a very short time to get acquainted with it. Optimal if you are interviewing multiple candidates and would like to have transparency across your org on where applicants stand.
Sometimes there is a slight lag but it might be because I am a bit click-happy at times.
We are currently using BreezyHR mainly for recruiting, application and interviewing process.
