Only wish it had a Gravity Forms integration. Many of the alternatives have an addon plugin that makes it easy to use my preferred forms plugin.

We use it mostly for email marketing and marketing automations such as newsletter signups, new client emails, review requests, etc.

I am integrating Brevo with WordPress for marketing, user acquisition, and retention. Works brilliantly, robust analytics, stastics, and insights help me improve my mails.

Not much to dislike, though I would really appreciate if there was more variety in the pricing plans offered, especially for the lower end users.

It helps me ensure higher email delivery rates, better analytics for open percentage/click percentage, and ensures faster delivery to the recipient compared to the WordPress core mailing capabiltiies.

Brevo Marketing Platform offers a free plan with a limited number of daily email sends but unlimited contacts, which is very useful for me. The setup was really easy. Adding contacts to the platform was also easy.

The basic email template does not meet my expectations. While opening the basic email on mobile devices, it shows black background. I expect better from Brevo regarding this.

Brevo provides multiple pricing plans. They also have a free plan for beginners, which might be sufficient for many like me(as I do not need to send many emails). Brevo lets beginners try and use their email marketing platforms, and they send emails smartly to avoid emails landing in the spam. After starting a campaign, I get to track the emails, like how many people opened the email, how many people clicked on the links and how many people unsubscribed from the emails.

I have several newsletter delivery systems. This application has won me over with the all-in-one. This is the first time I have had my employees use an application all day. A 10!

I have other programs with more shipping capacity for the price, but nothing as complete. The mobile APP is the only point I would change. I would do something more intuitive. While it is a new app and I have hope that it will improve in a few months in its next version. You guys are great.

It has mailbox, CRM, appointments, video, and newsletters. It's a great Swiss army knife for small businesse

We use SendInBlue because it's really easy to create an email with variables. The best part is the schedule and lists option!

There's no reduction for non-profit organisations and we lose a lot of opportunity due to the mantaining cost (we only use free plan).

Sendinblue helps us to send newsletter and personalized emails to our community. We used to lost a lot of time sending emails, now it's really easy and fast.

This platform is robust and easy to use and offers so much value to new entrepreneurs and small businesses. I like how they support and innovate regularly. The platform is also pleasing to look at.

I think working with subdomains or websites could be much easier. I also think team management or subaccounts could be easier too. I would also like to see more integrations.

I used it for several months and I used also other similar but for price and usability, there are no competitors. The way to import, categorize and export the contacts is very easy with a lot of functionality. The customization of the email for creating the templates is easy and also the reports are very accurate, giving a view of the entire campaign. This is very useful for pointing to the next steps and adjusting the aims.

The SMS services are still too expensive, with no big differences from other competitors.

I could reach many customers and keep updating them about the news and offers in an easy way, also programming the campaign to be sent in the right window hours.
