Brex makes it so easy to connect your bank account, and then issue as many cards as needed for each employee, expense category, etc. Management limits, reports, issuing/blocking cards is very fast and intuitive. It brings much more transparency to our expense management in the company.

Nothing, really, so far Brex is amazing and does everything very well. Don't have anything to complain about. All works as expected.

I love that I am able to easily access my Brex Account on the app and that it keeps track of all my spending along with receipts and memos.

It is not that it is not helpful, but I do find a bit annoying that It constently reminds that I am missing receipts and memos.

I love the integrations that interface directly with our accounting software. The easy of issuing virtual cards and managing spend limits makes running our business so easy.

The bill pay feature is not ideal. I don't care for how the sync works as far as how it creates bills and marks them as paid. I found it to be clunky and duplicative at the outset. It also isn't as functional for bulk payments as bill.com is, so I haven't delved into that more than a few test runs.

Spend limits, receipt and memo tracking, rewards and cash-back programs are great. The ability to handle one off check payments is great also for a company that carries no check stock.

Great application for al of employees. Easy to buy plane tickets etc.

Expenses management has worked like a charm. Issuing virtual cards for every department and type of purchase helps keep the payment threshold in place and also helps track department-wise spending. The Brex website and apps are easy to use and manage.

The rewards system is complex and not as attractive as other players in the market. This can be made more attractive as other virtual card providers are giving up to 3% cash back

Control and monitor spending across functions. Helps plan monthly budget for different departments and purchases. Spends threshold per card/vendor also helps trigger warnings when there is a high charge and this helps in us review it early

Brex offers an incredibly easy-to-use virtual card with customer service that goes above and beyond. Their website is easy to navigate and set up very intuitively to quickly find the information you need from your account and accomplish what you need. If you ever have to file a claim against a charge, it's straightforward and their resolution time is quicker than most brick-and-mortar banks.

Their website requires two-factor verification, which I'm usually not against, but if you ever lose or break your cell phone and don't have a backup phone, it's tough to access their website because customer service wants to talk to you on the phone to verify your information. It can be done, but it's time-consuming. There isn't an option to have a code sent to your email if your phone is missing.

Brex allows me to use a virtual card that my company can track the use of and monitor the spending on. At any time, the company can change my credit limit or completely restrict employee access.

I like the simplicity to use and upload everything we need .

Ease of use is superb! The UI is super simple, easy to learn, easy to use. You can submit your receipts instantaneously even if the charge is still pending.

Banking, we are a US company with operations In Nigeria (Africa) and most of or merchants in Chaina. Making and receiving payment has been smooth.

The fact that it is extremely user friendly and easy to upload receipts. It also alerts you right when you make a purchase and gives you the option to upload a reason and receipt right away which is helpful.

That sometimes I have to authenticate myself a few times before it lets me into the app.

They are helping me get ahead of my business expenses while also being conveniently on my phone. Sometimes I don't even have to bring my physical card with me because I have all the information on the app.
