The versatility of this program makes it a great resource for staffing and recruiting and it integrates well with Monster.com and Outlook. I also really like that you can adjust the system settings so it works best for what the company needs it for. Very easy to communicate with other Bullhorn users from within the system or by linking to outlook.
Better integration with Outlook, expensive integration options, printing anything from Bullhorn is inefficient and does not work well. Would be nice if there was a help manual or training document for the system.
Applicant tracking is efficient and easy to navigate.
CRM functionality for full desk, full cycle sales. Reporting is accurate, easy to use and great for keeping teams motivated.
No ability to parse profiles directly from LinkedIn.
Recruitment
The absolute ease of the UI on this product. I find the colour coded tabs help me keep my clients and candidates organised.
I don't love that the password you have to remember is really long.
I work as a recruiter. Finding the best possible candidate, and filling a role for client satisfaction. Bullhorn lets me keep on top of multiple open orders at the same time.
BH is user friendly and easily navigated. IT makes my day not as consumed with trying to input data. Probably the easiest user friendly system i have even used. You can modify it as well to cater your business.
Sometimes it times out around 3 or 4 pm and gives you a file folder saying "aw snap" it really makes me mad sometimes :)
solving staffing problems by having an awesome database which we go to first.. makes the day quick
I love the integration with SFDC, it is easy and smooth and fully searchable.
Sometimes it is a bit clunky but overall it is very good.

Our organization has been a Bullhorn Customer for over 6 years and I have personally been a user for the past three. Since then there have been many continuous improvements in terms of functionality which has made my job easier & more efficent! I currently navigate in two instances of Bullhorn (simultaneously & daily) so efficiency & convenience is important. Customization for different customers is also an excellent option
As mentioned I currently use two versions of Bullhorn each day but it is required that they are run on different browsers which makes it less convenient when I am working from home from one screen.
Efficiency when reaching out to the market, effective searches (reaching the right person) in order to meet the needs of our clients.
We like the speed at which we can enter new Leads, share them out to our Account Managers, and then track their progress as they convert them to Opportunities. It is nice to be able to see the "size of the deal" and the potential revenue so we can better focus our efforts.
We are an existing Bullhorn user company but recently made the upgrade to Enterprise Edition and CRM. I like that the reports and cards are easy and flexible to customize but I wish we had some configured to meet our business needs right out of the box.
Our Business Development teams are constantly looking for new business and get leads on a regular basis but the CRM tool from Bullhorn lets us work with them quicker and more efficiently.
It is user friendly and an innovative program. I would definitely recommend it.

Bullhorn is the best in technology for recruitment and sales. Continually evolving and improving. It allows me to manage my active day to day recruitment, as well as plan future strategy based on its added features.
Nothing to dislike, evolving technology just means we have to keep learning to stay on top of all the features.
We have found ways to communicate with different sectors and clients. Also a great way to keep on top of stats, figures, goals and reporting as Bullhorn does it all for you.
The platform is great as it is highly customizable to your needs, it allows you to manage and track applicants very thoroughly.
It can be a little cumbersome at first but once you're set up you should be good to go.

Has a very friendly UI that is easy to use and intuitive. Anyone who has used a CRM of any kind will be able to quickly navigate through the tool with very little training. Well thought out process flow and control. Decent reporting, amazing search capabilities.
I really can't think of anything I don't like about it. It did take a little time to figure out the process work flow, but it was easily learned.
We needed a way to store leads in our system and follow them through into real opportunities and then deals. It has really helped us do that. Now if a lead is not good, we don't have to clutter our database with that company or the contacts.
The ability to sink media lists and update contacts across different teams. It's much more time efficient to update a contact on Bullhorn than to go searching through different excels.
The system sometimes freezes my google chrome and needs to be restarted.

Recruitment Process Mangement
I have used three different types of recruiting applications during my time as a technical recruiter and Bullhorn is by far the best. It is extremely robust and easy to use. What I like best about it is that it is great for both recruiters and Sales Reps alike. One function isn't better then the other.

I like that Bullhorn can be accessed by all branches at a company, so recruiters can all be on the same page if they are working with the same candidate. I like that Bullhorn works with Textus, so all corrospondance with candidates is recorded in one place.
The downside is that Bullhorn constantly crashes, and the email links don't open in the web app. This is a huge pain, and the only way to solve it is to constantly log in and out of Bullhorn.
Bullhorn helps us solve the issue of miscommunication over candidates. Having a system that all recruiters and admins can access across different company branches is very helpful and prevents confusion!
