Adding a physical location to an appointment type. I meet with a lot of people in different locations so we have to manually add a physical location every time we meet at a new location.

Elimintate the need for an assistant to remind people of their meeting date, time, and location.

Its an absoloute game changer! I work in executive search so I am constantly arranging times to speak with people. I cannot believe the amount of time it saves me on a daily basis not having to go back and forth on email/messaging arranging a time.

Sometimes the platform isn't as user friendly as I would like and I would also like to have more control over the title that appears in my diary on the diary invitation.

The biggest problem of them all.... lack of time! I am also a huge fan of using tech to make our lives easier!

I love the way I can manage availability between multiple personal and family calendars as well as business calendars while still allowing customers to directly book a time with me.

The Apple Calendar integration needs some work to allow for more in-depth preferences for shared Apple calendars. Outlook and Gmail calendars work just fine.

Calendly perfectly combines multiple calendars and shows my availability.

Fantastic and feature-rich mobile app -- I can easily manage my event types and client bookings with my iPhone. The workflow routing form is easy to build and helps guide my clients to the right event type when booking a meeting with me.

It is a challenging to book 2 or more clients at the same time. I am an attorney and sometimes book multiple clients at the same for signing documents so that they can each serve as witnesses for each other. This requires a special event type and a little manual work to coordinate because I haven't had luck allowing clients to self book these kinds of meetings. With M365 Bookings, I could manually book as many clients for one time slot as I wanted, but Calendly requires a little more work to get it setup.

Ensuring my clients can find a time to meet with me when I am available and that best suits their schedules. The online workflow routing form is incredibly flexible and easy to setup, and super easy for my clients to use.

It is easy to use, easy to set up, and is very simple to make changes. I use it every day for scheduling on multiple calendars. I also integrate it with Stripe, Zoom, and my Google Calendar to make it easy to use.

There is sometimes issues with Google Calendar going to spam. This seems to be more of Google blocker than a Calendly issue.

Taking payment easily, scheduling, and avoiding back and forth if there is a conflict in schedules.

I really love the simplicity of this tool, Calendly has been a life saver for someone like me! (Who can’t manage their own calendar!!) I use it mulitpule times in my work day! Sending a simple link of your calendar to the client and giving them the privilege of booking a meet themselves and the integrations with other apps like google meet, zoom or Teams and many more. The timezone integration is super useful too!
I can plan my schedule months in advance and I don’t have to worry about missing out on any of my appointments, I can not imagine my work without this amazing tool.

To be honest, i really love this app and i truly believe that the team behind Calendly is heding in the right direction, i just would love if we can have Calendly integrated with Apple FaceTime as well, since now we have links for FaceTime meets too!

I like Calendly's user interface best. The site is easy to navigate and makes scheduling fun. I also really like the copy and paste link feature.

I genuinely don't dislike anything on Calendly. Each time I've used it, I have only had good experiences.

I have several meetings each day with several different people. With Calendly, I can easily copy and paste a link to each person instead of trying to wrap my head around a bunch of different schedules.
