I definitely love the branding welcome messages and it works same as the pro plan. That means you get the full features without a pro plan. But its limited to 1000 people but it is a perfect and best way to know the insights of chatfuel. chatfuel does all the things to lift up the clients.

One dislike for pricing templates. The pricing templates are too high and there are less numbers of templates to use as free.

Definitely to hold a client over auto bot is the perfect realization for me.

In my work, I wear a lot of different hats and, while I like to learn, some subjects take longer than I have to give. One of those, it turns out, is learning how to code a Facebook Messenger bot. I needed something free and easy to use -- Chatfuel was miraculously the first tool I tried (and loved!).

I really can't complain much; the tool is free! I'd like to see more video functionality and for analytics to be built into the program, rather than provided by outside programs.

You have to meet your followers where they already are -- and in a lot of cases, that's Facebook Messenger. We needed to build a Facebook bot in a short period of time for little to no cost. Miraculously, ChatFuel was the answer. We have used it to build a simple rapid response team that helps people who subscribe take action on important issues.

I used the blocks way to create a bot. Now I switched to flows and I love it ! Easy to understand, easy to manage, no skill in code needed, it's perfect ! And, it works ! I also like the way to manage time to time non recognised answers and act on what to say when a users types that, and those statistic features.

It's very specific but my price plan was not adapted for my usage. After a talk with the chatfuel team they solved it by adapting it and now it's perfect !

We can configure the types of business for which we want to automate the questions and answer. It provides really helpful support for social media marketing and various messenger tools like WhatsApp messenger, the telegraph. It has an AI-based chat support system which learns and predict the most likely answer to the question and help to identify the right market for the business.

The cost should be minimum. Currently, for the pro flow, the pricing is nearly about $15/month. But yes we can easily get a good offer as per our needs and traffic.

It's the easiest and most intuitive chatbot solution out there. The entry points chatfuel has is the best feature. The bot can interact with people coming from many places within IG and Fb.

Pricing scheme can be a little sketchy as it requires you to manually keep an eye on your users and conversations to avoid high charges to your credit card. Billing could be improved.

Chatfuel is automatic my leads funneling and also the bot interacts with users that interact with my Facebook or Instagram page. It has helped me a lot with automation.
