What I like best about Chatfuel is how simple it is to create a new Messenger Bot. It has a simple flow chart which you can show your clients which lays out every possible answer, flows and how it will all work.

One thing I dislike would have to be how cluttered the UI can get at times, sometimes their are too many options and can be slimmed down but it's no big deal.

One massive problem we're solving is, time allocated to create a bot. It makes the task super simple and everything is in front of you without having to go back and forth with coders.

I like how you can build sequences very quickly.

Some of the pre-built sequences like phone number has strict validation. So any variance from the form its looking for causes an error. You then need to do a user input without validation. The downside to that is no quick responses are allowed on that type of field.
