The product is super easy to work with, we integrated the sdk in one of our products and it was extremely customizable the features are just amazing and the prices are extremely affordable.

We own a financial consultation website and required a chat integration where we could create private password protected groups and allow advisors to connect with users. CometChat let us do exactly the same. We used the monetization features to charge users for every consultation session they took with our advisors. It's simple and effective and has helped us grow.

We are a consultation website and were looking for a Chat Integration that fits  with our current website with minimal effort. CometChat did just that it was easy  to Integrate and had all the features we needed. We charge people per session  and wanted a chat system that could help us do this easily, CometChat has a  RBAC feature which allowed us to create a tier of users who could get paid  sessions with us. We used this to get regular customers to upgrade to higher  tiers. The features are amazing and help us do exactly what we want.

CometChat has become a really important part of our Business it helps us generate revenue. The features are really good they have helped us grow extensively.

We tried out comet chat for their Audio-Video calling service, and their chat SDK. The developer experience especially with the Chat SDK was great, also its performance was quite decent - but our user base was not very huge, so not sure how well it scales. Also, there was a bug so we raised an issue on GitHub and it was resolved within 10-15 days with a new release. The documentation is great and easy to follow. We tried 3 different options and Cometchat's Chat SDK was the easiest to integrate.

It seems a bit pricy, and it might be fine with a small scale but with a larger scale, the cost might compound.

Comechat provides Audio-Video & Chat services, which enables us to use them directly instead of building from scratch and take the load off our backend and database servers.
