I dtarted my freelance carreer but always had issues when it comes to receive payments. I'm from Brazil and Deel had the best experience regarding payment setup. Deel advance is also one of the best features released.

Sending the hours / cancelling sent hours sometimes are a bit tricky because of the date.

Deel helps me to receive payments from other countries which is difficult as im from Brazil

The way payments can be easily transfer from one account to another no matter the country it's wonderful.

Fees are low, transactions are fast, the user experience of the site is really good (comparing it to, for example, tipalti, which is the most horrible product I've seen). Deel is good and even in the cases where I did a mistake on some account information, support was great. It also has a lot of flexibility to withdraw money, which is good for people living in countries with a short variety of options, or people who constantly travels.

I believe the different stages of the card product were a bit confusing. I initially had a virtual deel card that I did not use because it became deprecated, and got a new one then... Again, haven't had the chance to use it but I'm planning to do so.
