Agility. It's very fast to onboard. You have a framework of contract information that helps a lot. I'm using every month since Sep 2022 without any complain. Had to reach the customer support only once and it was ok. You have a great set of features even though I've been using only the core feature: receiving ans transferring may paycheck.

I liked the service in general. You can withdraw your money at the comfortable of your home. Also, the time between the start of the withdraw and the time when i received my money at my bank account was very decent.

Maybe you can be faster at the time of the withdraw.

I work for an organization outside of my country. So, they can payme without all the paperwork that you have to do to contract a worker here in Colombia, and that's thanks to Deel.

Haven't found much to dislike about Deel, to be honest. If I had to nitpick, maybe some room for improvement in customization options, but it's a minor gripe.

Deel's solving the hassle of global payments and compliance in my work. It streamlines the process, ensures compliance, and makes cross-border transactions a breeze. It's saving me time, headaches, and probably some paperwork-induced nightmares.

I would add more crypto option to withdraw my fonds. Different kind of wallets and not just Coinbase. Another thing, I know Deel is not a bank or a wallet, but it would be more convenient for me if I just leave my money on deal and withdraw when I want. Or would be great to be able to create a bank account in the States and put my funds there. (note that I am from Argentina and is not so easy to just transfer my funds to a local bank)

So i am a contractor so my employeer pays my salary through Deel. Which I'm greatful because is easier and cheaper than Payoneer.

The best part is that in no time you're all set up.

I like almost everything! I'm using it and it's working as expected. Their service and support is very fast, when I have a question they replied fast soon, and everything is very intuitive!

The only bad thing is that if you upload an external invoice, later you can't delete it
