The design is clear-cut, the intreface user friendly, and the features super helpful for all of my team, and me.

Sometimes the "stop sharing" feature does not remove the relevant icon from the folder or file I have stopped sharing. It's a minor bug, nothing important though.

It helps my team stay connected and share files seamlesly. We all have the same folder and file views, and we all know who is working on what, which makes production really easy. In addition, the "Send a copy" feature allows us to share files with external vendors without having to re-upload them in other online solutions, we can just do that from the file location. And other features that we find invaluable are the file and folders history (versioning), the easy admin panel, the "online-only" feature that saves storage space on our local computers, and so much more! Overall, it is a well rounded cloud content collaboration solution.

the sync module is the best one which is very usuful for business use and for personal as well. if helps my business documentionation to sync in no time which promote ease of goind business activities with the employees and documentation work. i am using this since 5 years and still happy for frequesnt use of this. its customer support also works great. its easy to implement and ease of integration in at its best. all of the features works great.

dislinke abt the limited space and high prices. company should and must revise the free space policy and price rate to increase the number of paid accounts.

its makes easy of accessing office files and other data easily from anywhere.

The thing i like about dropbox is the synchronocity and file sharing, and its ability to adapt between the avrious platfroms,file recovery and many more.

The Disadvantage of Dropbox is that the stroge cost is more,and it has some privacy issueand its dependent upon the internet connection,and limited file size limitations.

It solved the problem of cloud storage i can access the data stored there from anywhere ,i just need the internet to access the data.

The price is cleary cheap compare to other cloud storage providers like google drive, icloud and onedrive it is avaiable in crossplatform i can have it in windows, mac, iphone and android

there are 3 things i dislike 1. starter storage subscripton is 3TB but many users and also me (nowadays) does'nt need that much of storage. having a plan of 1TB would be very helpfull 2.Limited Offline Access on Free Plan which is very annoning to use and check if the person is using to check the quaity of dropbox 3.Storage Space Can Fill Up Quickly.

here are the three benifites from dropbox 1.Collaboration Made Easy: it is very easy to work with friends and collegues by sharing data without any error and the best part i like in this category is comenting system as it is helpfull discussing specific parts of a document. 2.Reliable File Syncing: Dropbox's file syncing is fast and reliable. I never have to worry about whether my files are up to date across different devices. It's a real time-saver for me, who is constantly use different devices. 3.Version History: The version history feature has saved me more than once. Being able to revert to a previous version of a document is a lifesaver for a software engineer like me.

Dropbox shareing is very simple. Knowing what I sync up to my Dropbox will be there within seconds or minutes is reassuring and helpful for my small business. The storage size is very decent.

I don't think anyone likes price increases; the price has gone up slightly but is tolerable. As long as it doesn't go up too much I'll keep using Dropbox. Lastly, I'm not keen on AI integration; I don't know if I'll be using that.

Sharing files larger than gmail will allow.

The auto-update functions is convenient for files on my laptop and photos on my phone. Easy to sync between differnet devices.

The only thing I can come up with is about the price. It worth but it's also a little bit expensive.

Immeadiate data back-up and easy access is the most useful feature

I have 2 laptops and a smartphone. It has happened several times that one of them has failed and needed repairs. As I always put my vital data, both personal and work on my Dropbox, I always have it with me at all times. As a software developer it is important not to have any downtime and this Dropbox setup has saved me several times. It is fast and secure and never let me down. I can use it as a code-sepository, important documents-storage, photos and much more. The best part is that I can safely share specific areas with friends or co-workers. The installation-procedure on a new device when a laptop has failed me, has been as click-and-go.

A good and reliable cloud-service comes with a price, but it is worth it. I just wish that there was a long-term customer bonus or discount program.

Dropbox solves the problem of - fearing that important documents and data might get lost if the device breaks down or is stolen. - easily share files with specific people for important occasions. Both privately and professionally. - signing documents electronically was a saviour during the Corona epidemic. It opened a new world for me
