Duda has an amazing platform that is second to none. The customer service is great and very professional. They are an amazing company with professional customer service.

DudaOne is a fast, easy and intuitive platform. It allows me to be creative and to experiment quickly and efficiently. I particularly like how easy it is to design a panel at a time instead of being limited by an overall template design.

The builder has seemed a bit clunky (slow) at times. But we believe this can be more of a connectivity issue than it being Duda's.
We truly appreciate Duda's platform. Its ease and client support, even its email support (which we use) is responsive. Though it may be on the higher end, price-wise, it is non-the-less a good quality product/service.

Features, ease-of-use. Their customer support has been very responsive and helpful. Integration and implementation have both been very strightforward.
There are some bad 3rd party widgets/functions but that isn't Duda's fault. They should incorporate the functionality from their most popular third party widgets into the core software.
Speed of implementation.
Duda can be simple to use for those that don't have any background in CS or web development, but can also be robust and in-depth for those that have more experience. Many of the annoying parts about building and launching a website are automatic when using Duda, making it easy on you and your team. When we have had issues with the platform, their customer service team has been responsive and helpful.
The developer mode they offer can be confusing at times with the custom features they have put in.
