My main issue lies with the customer support and the handling of legacy plans. Despite assurances, my legacy plan was not honored after a payment mishap, and the customer service team was neither responsive nor helpful in resolving the situation, leading to a loss of trust and value in the service.

However, the recent issues with customer support and policy changes regarding legacy plans have overshadowed these benefits, causing significant disruption to my business operations and undermining the trust and reliability I had come to associate with Elementor.
The product is fine. Building blocks for websites can make the work easier and flexible.
They charged us for the whole year after 3 days of starting the plan, no refund. Been working with them fore 2-3 years,and when requested a refund, talked to customer support and they only refer to their refund policy of only refunds for new clients. Come on, this is just a license, no resources are being used on their end, and we won't use it anymore. Why should we pay for a whole year of something we won't use? Ridiculous.
