I had a couple of sketches done from photos, and the quality was amazing, especially considering the price. When I needed a small bit of Javascript written, a Fiverr vendor did it within 30 minutes. Since its inception, vendors have been allowed to set different prices, but there are still some very good deals. Just understand that there are a lot of vendors, and response times tend to vary considerably.

I had mixed results with the last transcription job I had done through Fiverr. The transcription was of good quality, but the vendor didn't get back to me immediately, and the job wound up taking about three days. This would have been a disaster had I been on a tighter deadline. There is no easy way to determine if a vendor will respond immediately or whenever they can circle back around to it.
