The only change I would make is to make the upselling less intrusive. There is a lot of advertising on the platform to get users to buy up on email, hosting, website builds, insurance, privacy, etc., etc.

Giving everything that is needed for building a website like domain, SSL Certificate, WordPress, Email Marketing, and Website Security and Backups. I highly recommend Godaddy. If there is an issue with one of the plugins you receive an email right away and a direct line to get everything corrected if that doesn't work customer service is eager to help with excellent service.

I don't have many dislikes about GoDaddy. The only thing that will be a little more helpful is to have a clearer idea of what number or extension will help get you the needed support for an issue. Rather than going through 2-4 different customer service agents to get to one person that can assist.

I help mainly give back the feedback by taking their surveys letting them know what is helping and what may need some work. They are great at taking customers opinions and giving other options to the problems.

Although not the fastest hosting I could get, the customer service is second to none. If I ever have a problem it gets sorted immediately. plus free SSL with hosting.

Not the fasted hosting for the price but there are higher paid options if you want it faster.

There should be promos for renews as well not only for new domains. There are not all the extensions of every country. Not all extensions for the domains are available, for example .hn o .com.hn.
