SImple to use. The interface is clear. The imagery is cute and pleasing.

Having to write a note for my supervisor every time I add my hours.

I no longer have to complete my own timesheet.

I like how simple the user interface is for Gusto. It's not too wordy, unlike others I've used in the past. It also shows the work anniversaries and birthdays of the staff (which I think is nice).

At the moment, there's nothing I dislike about Gusto.

I currently do not have any issues I need to solve.

It's incredibly easy to use; everything I'm looking for (W-2, paystubs, tax documents, etc.) are all in a convenient location. I never waste time on Gusto.

I really can't think of anything; maybe it lacks in some complexity? But I've never missed anything.

Joining gusto has been my most utmost. It's super easy sign up and savings as an option. When I call for assistance it's super fast and very much friendly. Nothing like any other apps I've tried.

Just make sure 2days of advance payment actually happens other then that I'm a fan. Gusto supports us as customers.

I like that they take care of all of the taxes, time off requests, and time clock all in one place. It puts it in the employees' hand to take care of their own with the app. Love the support they give, always helpful to find a solution!

I wish there was a way to get the documents to delete if you mess up loading them in instead of just an archive feature. You can't delete once someone has completed one because it is tied to the employee.

Overall payroll processes

Very easy to use for someone who doesn't have an HR background.

The mobile interface could be improved on, but I can see why it's not prioritized as it's primarily used by HR admins on computers.

Easily running payroll, administering benefits, and handling state/federal taxes. Saves me a lot of time not having to worry about these HR items.

A full array of benefits, time-off tracking, co-worker bios, paystubs and everything is right there at your fingertips. So convenient. The wallet app is also a tool that allows me to access common things quickly without having to log in online.

On my browser I've had trouble accessing the benefits page with the "Benefits" button. I have to go to the home page and then add /benefits to the url to get there.

Gusto executes my payroll seemlessly and I get paid on time and correctly. I also appreciate the integration with turbo tax and having tax forms available so early.

It's so great that all of the tools that I need to manage my onboarding and income, and connect with /hear from my team are available in one app. I have not experienced that elsewhere.

The down side is that if you have varying roles under one organisation and need to have separate platforms to be paid separately, Gusto doesn't allow you to toggle between them. You have to sign in and out.

It is incredibly user friendly, and increases my confidence as I navigate payroll, documents, and cohort reviews. It has allowed me to be more productive in that area.

I love how useful and easy Gusto is to use. I also appreciate that they handle the collection, reporting, and payment of taxes to the various taxing agencies.

Payroll and admin

I love having gusto. Everything is easy to access. Nothing complicated! The website is always quick and simple so everything you need can be instantly at your fingertips.

I don't dislike a thing! I really like gusto.

No problem

I like that I am able to access pertinent information regarding my position. For instance, the documents tab is a great accessibility feature that many sites like Gusto don't use. So I appreciate this flexibility.

I dislike the Dashboard format. I enjoy being able to easily enter my time in. However, I don't like the giant "Suggested" column. It's distracting and takes up too much space.

My ability to correctly dispense time amongst various projects. I was struggling keeping up with time spent on certain client projects and Gusto helps me organize these time slots and tasks managed during these times.

I love that I can get insurance through gusto, gusto submits my quarterly taxes, and easily pays my employee and employer taxes for payrolls. I can run late payrolls and easily send reimbursements as well. The product is reasonably priced and very easy to use.

There a a few features I haven't used from Gusto. I suppose there might be th I ha they can do better. There was some paperwork I had to submit myself as a California employer. It would have been nice to have that as part of onboarding. But it was very nice that they included instructions on how to file that paperwork.

It handles payroll and taxes for me. It also helped with setting up insurance for my single member LLC elected S Corp. I really like that my quarterly tax paperwork is just handled for me.

I love the help I've received through their great customer service, as well as how easy it is to get things set up, as well as running payroll. Everything is explained well, and easy to understand. It's intuitive as well, unlike other softwares I've used!

I don't think there are any downsides to Gusto. I love it and so do the employees we have!

Payroll was a nuisance, especially starting a new company from the ground up. It was great to be able to use Gusto, simplify everything, and have more time for other duties.

The best part of Gusto is that it is automated. Once you are set up, you are good to go. I'm a one-person show small business owner/operator. I'm responsible for most business functions, so I don't have time to file paperwork and go down rabbit holes when processing payroll. Gusto simplifies the process and is set up for automation.

Based on the one time I reached out for support, I wish the response time was faster. It took a week to get an answer to the question I had.

We are a small business classified as an S-Corp. We need a payroll provider for a reasonable cost and to minimize time spent on administrative tasking. Gusto checks both of these boxes.

I can track my time on the app and clock in/out quickly.

At this time, I don't dislike anything. It has been working well for me.
