Gusto is by far my favorite administrative tool I've used to date. Their platform is extremely user-friendly, but best of all their customer support is as good as it gets.

No dislikes at all. If anything I'd say just keep on building so that I can use Gusto for even more as our company grows.

Gusto makes it super simple to set up and manage benefits for your company. They are very clear on what's your responsibility verses what's theirs.

Auto-payroll feature and the ability to integrate with Aplos software so I don't have to mannually enter payroll transactions on our GL

I wish that saved reports templates could auto-update with new date frames for each pay-period.

Gusto solves our payroll tasks, so that our staff can spend their time on other financial and adminsitrative duties.

I love that Gusto has all the information I need to get at easily and quickly available. I don't have to hunt around for things. The friendly, relaxed vibe of their color scheme and hand drawn graphic style makes everything feel nice to use. I enjoy getting the "you're getting paid today!" email s. The one time I needed to use customer support, they were super helpful and took care of me. I am so glad my employer switched to Gusto, I don't need to contact HR anymore for routine things like paystubs or W-4 changes.

I honestly can't think of something I dislike about using Gusto. Whenever I have a problem or somethign I need to find that's on Gusto, I am happy to be logging in there. As a regular employee, it does everything I want it to.

Gusto lets me check my pay history, edit my witholdings, and configure where my paycheck goes all without having to ask HR for the change. It saves me time!

Super easy to use. Autopay option, so no need to worry about PR deadlines. Good customer service, chat, email, and call all three options and available.

It's pretty good PRS, but the only thing I would point is the callback option which is not working these days not sure why. I'm not getting any callbacks as I use to have it.

If you have gusto you don't need huge staff to manage your payroll. Gusto is amazing tool, easy and cost effective.

I like that you can login very easily. Also if you need help they are just a phone call away.

I don't have a bunch of downsides. A little condusing when the payroll days end.

Gusto takes away the mental load of remembering all the responsibilities of being an employer.

Sometimes creates to-do's for me that don't apply to my business.

Gusto calculates all worker's comp, taxes and employee payments and reminds me to run payroll.

I have found Gusto to be incredibly easy to use as a small business of 5 employees. I've used gusto to also set up health insurance and a 401k, which would have otherwise been a headache for me. I've only occasionally had to reach out to customer support, but when I have they have addressed the issues fully

My employees sometimes have a difficult time using the app with their iphones

Time spent on payroll and administration

Gusto makes running my companies payroll easy and fast. Gusto helps us keep out business compliant with the state and federal government by keeping us posted on due dates for various reports and filings. Initially setting up Gusto I was worried I wouldn't be able to navigate the setup process, but the website made it easy to complete and in the couple of areas I had questions customer support was great to work with. There are several features that we currently do not utilize but it is good to know that there are those options as we continue to grow our company.

It would be nice if Gusto integrated with my CRM.

Gusto has allowed us to grow and take on employees by making the employee onboarding process smooth for both parties (the company and the new employee).

Gusto is very easy to use which makes the whole payroll process a breeze!
