It's a very fast-evolving company. And they try to adapt to the most relevant needs of the present and near future. So no complaints.

It's very functional. It has access to allow you to build your website and funnels along with a digital marketing strategy including email, messaging, and reviews. So it's a great all-in-one. Also, it is a decent CRM which allows you to track and collect contact information, activity, purchase statistics and more of your client/customer list. And it's actively being developed so more features are released continuously.

The user face is very friendly, but a bit cumbersome. I would have liked the ability to customize it better. Plus, it does not have deep user analytics, which would be nice. I still have to rely on Google analytics to tell me who has been to my site and funnels.

Adding a dynamic field to a user profile isn't possible. For example, if you have an office of 3 people and each of them has a different license number, you can't add a field to their profile to identify Workflows and Campaigns require triggers and setting up a cohesive campaign with multiple scenarios can get quite cumbersome. There are many steps involved in updating and deploying to sub-accounts, so you have to be extremely diligent in completing every step to ensure you don't miss anything. I like that there are intergrations for Meta ads and Google ads that work seamlessly.

Lots of features and a quick development cycle means that it can easily replace 80%+ of your current marketing tech stack. The fact that you can white-label it, customize it for your market, and then sell it as your own custom-branded solution makes it a game-changer!

Because there are so many features, there are times when a functionality is released without being as complete as the competitive solutions in the market and then the focus is shifted to a different functionality. It can take a while before some of the loose ends are cleaned up.

I like using HighLevel as the all-in-one solution - especially for local service businesses and solopreneurs. Everything from the CRM to website to social media marketing is designed to work in tandem and give you a 360 degree view of your lead opportunities and clients.

I love their white-label program. It is, without a doubt, the very best tool I've seen to increase the scalability and profitability of a digital marketing agency. If you are still running your agency with services as your only source of revenue, you are missing out.

Their interface is a little bit clunky. That isn't to say the software lacks features. Instead, it isn't as pretty as some more mature apps.

A Great foundation to build on top of with a functional CRM, Website designer, funnel builder, pipeline creator, and client conversations flow. Founded, built, run, and maintained by a small group of motivated entrepreneurs, they are still closer to the beginning than what I would consider v 1.0. It's a sturdy, well build frame of a house, and you're given all the materials you need to build your dream home. But there's no inventory list or directions other than update videos and testimonials on their YouTube account. Don't go in to this without at least basic web-based coding knowledge, and prior CRM and client campaigns creation. Only a few natively integrated External services, but connects well through Zapier.

After being frustrated with the lack of documentation, and being told, "You can make it do that." I realized what I was being guided toward the "Triggers" tab. This tab specifically is where the lack of documentation and truly good, but difficult to grab for an extended period of time. Having an involved account manager for the first few weeks would have been nice. I'd used Hubspot CRM and Agencybloc before, so I was familiar with how aCRM and automated messages campaigns SHOULD work, I was able to use triggers and tags to build it in to what ours is today. The ability to automate text, email, FB Messenger, and call campaigns is Paramount. It has increased our rate of contact per lead returned to OVER 50%!

HighLevel has a Twilio integration - it's a must if you need to be able to make calls from your CRM. All calls are recorded within the customer profile. My favorite thing about Twilio is that you can buy various lines so you can call clients from the same state they live in.

I have yet to figure out a way to connect email threads sent in team members' individual gmails to the customer profile. Text and calls are great, but an integration with Gmail would be amazing so all communication can be tracked in one place.
