The InEvent platform UI is among the best I've seen. It's intuitive, allowing attendees to move between sessions and various areas with ease, always keeping the main activities & sponsors/exhibitors within reach, and allowing natural networking and conversation to take place with the least navigation. They are also very receptive to requests for new functionality, which reflects their willingness to look at their product from multiple perspectives to maximize functionality.
Not much! But if I had to choose something, like any changing & constantly improving platform/software, there are a few bugs. However, the InEvent team is extremely responsive in addressing them - making the customer feel heard and respected, with a quick turnaround time.
With InEvent, we are able to offer an easy-to-use solution to replace multiple in-person conferences a year, providing a space for people to learn and connect.

Hosting our Virtual event
During my research for a platform that would allow us to create more interactive events, someone in my team mentioned InEvent. The account manager who responded to our inquiry was amazing! He not only provided a very thorough replied, he also included a video recording to illustrate some of his points. During our meeting and demo, I was very impressed with how user friendly and interactive the platform was. The modern design on the backend also makes it very easy for someone who's not overly technical to create an event. Other options I liked: the platform allows for breakout rooms to be hosted natively, includes program cloning, and can be integrated with Marketo, Sales Force, Kahoot for gamification, and translation platform Interprefy.
I wish the business model was not based on the number of registrations. Kind of hard for someone to gauge how many they are going to need in the first year of implementation. However, the platform does make it very easy to add additional accounts if needed. One thing that really surprised me is that InEvent doesn't have their own event management packages for the day of the event, offering them only through a third party. I noticed others made the same comment, so I hope this gets fixed in the future.
We were looking for a platform that allowed us to host innovative, interactive events to combat "Zoom fatigue" due to the current WFH situation.
Inevent offers a vigorous set of features and functionality to support virtual meetings and a live video-chat experience with a user-friendly interface. This is a great alternative to other meeting platforms out there. Inevent is also configurable to a variety of different event types and can easily be scaled in size and volume of attendees. The InEvent team has been excellent in working with us to allow for further customization and prolonged testing to create an even more bespoke experience for our team and our clients
Probably the only thing that needs improvement is the backend layout and accessibility since it is a little confusing at first.

With Inevent you have on a single page in a very visual and easy to navigate way everything you need for the organization of your event. Activities, speakers, sponsors, etc.
Because of its simplicity, it can sometimes seem a bit simple visually if there are no nice graphics from the side of the exhibitors or products shown, however, this has been more than solved with the new Neo interface.
We are oganizing virtual events in the current time when the face-to-face events can't be celebrated because of the COVID.
First of all, InEvent is a very agile and responsive company to deal with. Their account management is second to none, the support team does everything they can to help you with any issues you might have. The new NEO interface is gorgeous, it is simple to use, but under the hood, there are hundreds of tuning possibilities so that you can design and produce your event exactly as you would want it to work for you. What I really like is the plenty-full opportunities and functions for networking you my attendees, and the sponsor display possibilities are plentiful. I have online used the online vent functions, can't speak of the in-person event services, but as far as I can tell they cover all the basics and more for offline events as well.
There are always things you would want to be even more possible - the breakout room functionality could have better support for non-host sessions that is however possible in the Group rooms. But I have no doubt that they will add more and more - they have monthly scheduled release which means that there are always new things to discover.
We are hosting an online conference with a Global 500 company, and my problem was that I had looked at at least 10 other alternatives - and they would not be flexible enough for the very specific wishes of our client, and with InEvent I could tick one box after another.
Scalability is the best thing about InEvent. Adding presenters, sponsors, and sessions is very easy.
Some of the templates are a miss, you need to find the correct one for your needs.

My company is using InEvent to host an event we typically host in person online for the first time. Both our account and project managers have been extremely professional and helpful at getting us set up, working with very short timelines. Their pricing is also very competitive with other platforms we looked at.
The training is quite intensive (6-8 hours for a one time event). However it is worth it for a successful event.
There are endless options to create the perfect virtual experience that is very similar to an in person event like the networking feature, group calls, Q&A, chats... etc. Also love the engagement features like polls!

The bigger problem that we have today is that we cannot do ONSITE events, and now InEvent has been helping us to do: Live events. Online pooling. Event registration. EASY AND FAST TO IMPLEMENT. You just need to be familiarize with the platform an you can achieve great results.
I like the functionality, the fact that everything can be changed, the almost personal service of technical support and the updates that throght the knowledge base are always updated.
The fact that you do not have a button for the customer to choose video quality in the external insertion version
There are several benefit, for example the fact of having serveral types of rooms, of always updating and listening to the techinician and the main thin is the reports, visual identity that is very beautiful and the interaction with the client
Great solution to manage either virtual or phygital events!!! It offers capabilities since the virtual lobby, virtual booths, sponsorships and incredible log tracking of all attendees activities.
I've only miss that I've not found InEvents before. Hundreds of events that I've worked on for years, I've never seen a full suite as it is.

InEvent its a great platform to create Virtual Events. The Virtual Lobby is the best feature in my opinion.
The quality of videos are not so good sometimes. This is clear when you compare the ZOOM quality. The good news is that you can integrate ZOOM with Inevent. I prefer ZOOMs quality of image.
Now we are planning some virtual events and working hard to increase our business having Inevent as a good partner.

What I like most about Inevent is to customize the website for the promotion of my event, according to the need it requires. In addition to being able to gather essential utilities for the promotion of an event, such as registration forms, agenda, description of the speakers, location and others.
Some utilities are blocked, as if you have a continuous event of several days, it is not possible to delete the days without activities in the agenda. This is bad, because in a week the event can be for example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Sending automatic emails was the worst of my problems, solved now!
