We've been using Instapage for over four years for our agencies and have tried other alternatives. The proof in the pudding is that we can create landing pages 4-5x quicker than directly in WordPress, meaning we can scale and make more money.
Obviously, it's a paid service, but worth it.
We can create landing pages in a concise time frame that our clients are impressed with. This allows us to scale.
The platform is very easy to use. Creating landing pages for ads and other marketing efforts was important to us. Instapage made this transition very easy.
The platform could be more intelligent. For instance, if you delete a test lead or a duplicate lead from a page, the platform continues to count the deleted leads as conversions. While I love the site builder, it seems as though they have stopped innovating as it does not have the native ability for popups, sticky bars, and updated templates.
We needed the ability to create landing pages on the fly. Not only has it allowed us to track conversions for various marketing campaigns it also has been a great solution to integrate with our Google Ads.
the bloco arrangement, it is so fluid to work
the integration with responsive items, like show up when scrolling on boxes and things like that
i need a landing page for create awareness, and works perfect for that, i'm still working on my callbacks
- Quick and Easy Drag & Drop - Smart responsive auto-generation - Integration with our CRM Active Campaign - Ability to create Global Blocks for a quicker landing page creation
It's not the cheapest tool in the market
Instapage allow us to create multiple landing pages in seconds for our numerous acquisition experiments
There are tons of things I love about using Instapage. Firstly, I love how user friendly the platform is. The agency I work for has been using Instapage for just over four years and I can say that it is, hands down, the best landing page builder I have used. You don't need to be a developer to build pages, just have a keen sense of design. And if you don't have an eye for design, they have several templates you can choose from and edit very easily. I love how scalable it is too. We can literally clone and edit a landing page in a matter of minutes so that we can have very focused landing pages for our ads. Instapage also offer a multitude of integrations which are useful. I also like how the builder and platform are constantly evolving and improving. Some more of the features I really like are: - A/B testing, so quick and easy to setup - I love the collaboration tool. I find this helps us get quick and easy feedback from the team and clients, and helps our team pinpoint exactly where changes are needed. This is much easier than getting long winded emails from multiple people for the changes they want done to a page. I find it really helps cut down the time needed for finalizing our pages. - The heatmaps function is great! We always review these after running campaigns for a while and it really gives us great insight into how users are interacting with our pages. - The Instablocks feature is great, this really helps cut down on design time needed to create pages from scratch - Page speeds are great - The fact that pages are https - Instapage also have a lot of learning material available that help you understand how to create high-converting landing pages - Their support service is great, the Instapage team are always so friendly and helpful and generally always help us find solutions to any problems we may face
I would like to see more templates. I find the templates are more tech-oriented and would love it if there were more options for different services or industries. I also wish there were a few more pricing plan options. I used to recommend Instapage to other designers, however I find it's become a bit too expensive for independent designers or smaller companies that are just starting out. And lastly, it would be nice to have more options for displaying reviews, eg. rotating reviews.
Sometimes clients who come to us don't have a good enough website, or there are a multitute of technical or design issues. So instead of taking a long time (sometimes weeks) to sort through all the technical issues or optimize the design of their site for better conversions, we can setup a landing page and start running ads to it very quickly.
Easy to use and implement. Allows you to have visually appealing performance statistics and to work in teams.
Not being able to download the information.
Being able to create landing pages in seconds and with the caracteristics needed. Easy to use and online in seconds.
I love how easy it is to create an LP, and integrate it with other tools we use.
Some minor bugs in the editor, but overall not deal-breaking.
Creating LP's for my clients. I don't need the help of designers or devs anymore, keeping the client's and my agency's costs down.
I love how quickly I can put together a beautiful landing page for events webinars or any other type of promotion I can think of. I love how intuitive the interface is and a one-month trial to get me comfortable figuring everything out.
I dislike that there is no direct integration for click funnels or to add affiliate marketing programs.
I am solving how to make quick but effective landing pages for various projects. I am seeing the impression it has on clients when I'm able to quickly produce a sample page for them to show the power of our services.
Usability. You can build a great looking landing page in minutes. The blocks are easily customizable. Anyone can do it.
I had to discover most of the features on my own. It would have been nice to get best practices or a beginner's guide.
My client wasn't benefiting from the use of landing pages. Instapage has proven itself to be easy to use and high converting. We're getting more leads than ever.
the interface, the look and feel design and the support
I am not sure I am still loving every moment
landing page and heat maps are am very interested and working with
The fact that you can create and edit pages on your site without needing help from a developer, or especially when you can't edit much on your website due to a poorly designed site this has been a lifesaver for us.
It is a bit complicated to get set up and running but that has been our only dislike. They have a fine support team that helps.
Building landing pages for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Instapage has become our go-to for our advertising campaigns over the last few months. The features that come with Instapage, such as the ability to easily A/B test, enable us to keep improving their conversion rate over time too. The page builder is simple to use, and the integrations which allow us to connect conversions and more to other platforms are really useful. We find the WordPress plugin really useful to be able to easily publish the pages - the majority of our clients are on WordPress.
We have come across times where there are limitations - for example, forms are a particular problem we have had. We've not always been able to build clients' enquiry forms actually within Instapage because we couldn't do what we needed. Also the interface is not always very intuitive - you really have to learn your way around - we frequently have to ask support where things are and so on. But the support is good when we've had to ask for it.
We typically get four, or even up to eight times more enquiries for our clients when we send them to an Instapage landing page rather than the client's website, without any increase in advertising budget. It solves the problem of sending traffic to a client's website which converts poorly. It is also a lot easier to split test landing pages within the platform than it would be to do it without.
I've tried a lot of landing page software since I spend a lot in online paid acquisition and I'm always experimenting with new landing pages and different software products that are available on the market. The things that I look for is ease of creating great looking landing pages, ready made templates that convert, split testing, and speed (otherwise bounce rate will be too high) Of the ones I've tried, I think that Instapage is definitely one of the better ones on the market because it's fast and easy to get it running and they convert.
If you're just starting out, this is not for you. I think then pricing might be a bit of an issue and would recommend trying an alternative. Otherwise, I don't see any major negatives.
I was looking to get better conversion performance.
Support For Marketing Campaigns: Instapage enables our business to launch marketing campaigns for clients within hours, without having to rely on development time or tricky API integrations. The A/B testing feature allows us discover which pages work and optimise for best results. Support For Lead Generation: Instapage is great for adding quick and easy lead generation pages to any website without needing a developer.
Instapage is working great for us so far. New features are constantly being added in order for us to optimise our pages. I would like to have more flexibility to edit the form fields - but that can be done with some basic CSS editing.
• Seamless CRM integration allows for automatic alignment between Marketing and Sales teams. • Advanced reporting and analytics allows us to give feedback to clients to report back to their C-suite with detailed metrics. • Instapage has been a lifesaver in a space where speed is a necessity - anyone in the marketing team can create pages and make edits - no need to to rely on the development team.
Well, where to start? I have been using LP tools for quite some time now. Instapage is definitely the most functional, user-friendly and most intuitive tool for LP design that I have encountered. The platform itself and the modern interface make it incredibly easy to navigate through. Before I started using Instapage I was spending a lot of my time just doing simple tasks like GA installation or some other apps integration. With the Instapage integrations my life became easier and also I'm saving time when working on a project which gives me automatically a higher ROI. My conversion rates went up in average by 7% since I started to use Instapage. 7% increase for my clients and me, while keeping the same budget and even decreasing it, is something really huge. IMHO, Instapage is momentarily the best tool for LP design .
Pricing & package sizes. They could offer smaller packages for smaller customers needing only 5-10 LPs. When I first started with Instapage I was only hoping that they include smaller packages because I couldn't afford to pay the full package. For most of my clients it would be perfect to have a premium package with 10 pages LPs included, and maybe 2 sticky notes. That way I could have a separate account for each of my clients.
Conversion rates on my Google and FB campaigns started skyrocketing since I'm using Instapage. Also, with all the integrations and friendly user interface I'm saving time on connecting other apps to the website. This way I can also trust my data more. Having the dynamic headlines is an amazing way to boost your Google Search results because you get headlines on the LPs that your potential customers want to see. Connecting Instapage LPs t Analytics, GTM, HubSpot and other supported apps has never been easier. It's just a click or fill in a field and that's it. I have been using other LP tools but find that Instapage has the best integrations of them all.
They simply have the best layouts in the industry. When I implement a landing page for myself or for any client, what I look for is a standard and modern design, that is optimized for conversion without being intrusive. Instapage provides just that, plus the visual editor is super easy to use and the customization possibilities allow you to quickly apply any visual identity to the pages. Find a layout that fits your needs, adjust what you need and it's up and running, as easy as that.
There's only 2 pricing plans, which may be a bit limited for some. However, I believe this really fits the user needs: You are a freelance or small agency? Pick the business plan. You are a bigger agency or have many clients? Pick the enterprise one. The good part is there's no hidden fees and no surprises.
I build landing pages and conversion funnels both for my own business and for other business owners. This is the only platform with visually pleasing templates that follow current web design trends. Others tend to "optimize for conversion" badly and end up with an unpleasant UX. Instapage balances this out perfectly.
I first came across Instapage when finding the landing page in the marketing automation tool we use (Pardot) was difficult and inflexible. After trialing a number of solutions I ended up choosing Instapage. Some things I found that Instapage did far better than competitors included: - Easy to use builder with drag and drop elements and sections (inserting images, videos, html etc.) - Ability to implement custom HTML (we use forms from our marketing automation on Instapage and it works fantastic) - Web and mobile friendly including a previewer while you build (once you have built your landing page you can view both how it would look on a desktop and mobile - having this responsive display is fantastic) - Integrates with Wordpress so you can publish it with ease (they also have a number of other publishing options available) Since adding Instapage to our marketing automation kit we have been able to deploy campaigns far quicker and more effectively. I have since recommended Instapage to a number of other clients and have started using it as part of my marketing company which I run on the side. I find it far superior to other options available and works far better than directing people to just any other web page.
Pricing could be a bit more SaaS friendly
Biggest thing Instapage has solved is the role it plays in our marketing automation which has increased lead capture and progressing these leads through to opportunities and sales
I love how easy it is to build new campaigns and collect feedback from my team so that I can push campaigns live within tight deadlines. I can quickly build multiple iterations of landing pages, test for the best outcomes for design and forms and keep everything tightly integrated with all of my other digital marketing tools.
Some of the direct integrations send fewer data points and are less effective than the webhooks. For instance, I can get far more out of instapage by sending data via a webhook to Pardot and then to Salesforce, rather than directly sending it to salesforce. This was confusing and time-intensive when trying to launch a campaign.
Testing for advertising and get a quote pages. I've seen a dramatic increase in qualified lead conversions and a decrease in ad costs. Overall it reduces the time to launch a campaign, makes the campaign more effective, and makes the campaign cost less money to test. This reduces CAC and increases ROI across the board. ,
Flexibility Freedom of design drag and drop templates
Pricing has increased significantly since 2016
As growth marketers, we A/B test everything on a landing page for maximal conversion. This is a very daunting task, but Instapage makes this easy
Instapage is literally a blessing when we have to build pages and test them against specific segments of users. The editor is easy to use. With all the ready templates that are available, one can come up with new variants of a page in literally 20-30 mins. Instapage offers clear analytics on the performance of each landing page. You can group the pages into folders and analyze the data in whatever way you like. The dynamic text replacement is a game changer Their account managers and support team is very knowledgable and probably one of the best in offering solutions to you.
Instapage doesn't give you time trended data. We also use Instapage to host standalone content pages. It would have been amazing if it allowed us to include a robots.txt file for the page The heatmaps could be more detailed with information on % of users who scrolled a certain depth so we could inform testing strategy better Could be better, if there was an option to select primary and secondary conversion event in a page
Understanding what landing pages work with which audiences. We improved conversions by 8% when we tested a customized landing page for a high engagement user group.
