LearnWorlds is a robust all-in-one platform with an excellent team upfront with customer support and training as well as behind the scenes with continuous product improvements. Everyone is very nice, easy to talk to, and can be counted on to help solve any challenges. The new website builder is excellent. I'm very happy with my decision to go with LearnWorlds.

It's a lot to get on-boarded with. To understand the platform and make the most of it, plus developing courses, and then marketing and launching. All together it's a big undertaking, however this is the nature of creating quality learning experiences. LearnWorlds is always thinking of ways to make the onboarding go faster and helps by sharing knowledge on how to create and sell courses. It's in their interest for customers to be successful and they fully embrace this notion.

I have been able to create an attractive, high quality school with social learning and community features. I am able to create many value-adds because of the apps that are integrated in the platform. The interactive eBook is how I dreamed of creating books and courses.

The handyness of having both an easy to use Website builder and Course player with a seamless purchasing process that automatically enrolls them. Also the support team deserves a lot of praise for their excellent and comprehensive help.

There are sometimes issues with committing changes on webpages. But while frustrating at times it is not a big issue and is a small gripe in a very good system overall. : )

I think that there some important features for every school that are only available for really big schools. I´m thinking in all the protect copyright features such as the dinamic watermarks in the videos or PDF including the email and user name of client, or the full white brand. This two features are really important also for small scholl using the pro level, but there is no way to acces to them, only having the learning center subscription which is triple the price of the pro trainer level. The other critical feature is the the SITE FLAVOUR, We need this features, but starting our school we can´t afford 299 USD a month.

Everything is quite easy to learn and I don´t have tech dependence. Everything is really smart designed.

The page builder is really nice, lots of pre-build blocks and the fact that you can build one from scratch. I really appreciate the custom code area, it allowed me to customize a lot of things according to the design I was given.

Lack of versioning, I don't know if it's the right terms but for example when you work as a team on different pages, each one have a version of the site custom code area. So it's a bit surprising when you don't see the CSS that you just wrote, not applied and disappeared. Not be able to gift course or subscription, like gift cards

Problem solved: create an online course platform quickly without custom development. The platform is solid, scalable and has a lot of features. Once everything is set up and your template created and everything is smooth.

Having a platform to provide my customers with a challenging course, keeping track of what progress they make and the affiliate program for them to support me. One benefit that really helps me, is the ability to create more than one landing page!

Like most teaching institutions, COVID has forced us to have an online offering. We had trouble finding something integrated with Zoom for live classes yet had a player where students could take self-paced learning in a wonderfully smart and professional environment. Very few LMS system met the grade for us as we also wanted a fantastic looking front end. We were able to achieve this with LearnWorlds as you can see at academy.fisu.org. It was also affordable as we are a non-profit educational charity with limited funds, but we saw the value of this investment.

There's nothing to dislike if you do not mind investing time to find a workaround for what does not completely fit. This is the same with most systems, that we need to adapt to our way of working.

Taking our teaching operation was a challenge but LearnWorlds has made this a wonderful experience. We now do not have physical barriers between countries and can teach globally, which we could not do before - so this has extended our catchment area and that's very exciting.

L'interface est très bien pensée pour ne pas perdre de temps, les fonctionnalités sont extremement complètes. et surtout les modèles de pages et de sections permettent de créer des pages marketing somptueuses de façon très rapides et completes. Le suppport est d'un rapidité exemplaire. Franchement, 10 sur 10 et je suis pourant difficile (et je suis un ancien e-commerçant) donc je connais bien les plateformes.

L'interface est en anglais. Mais on peut tout traduire pour les apprenants.

J'ai migré de 360Learning qui coutait bien trop cher dès que l'on a pas mal d'apprenants. Le philosophye de LearnWorlds est beaucoup plus BtoB, mais du coup, on peut vraiment améliorer les activités pédagogiques.

I was an early adopter of LWs a few years ago, but family matters required I take time away. When I was ready to start a new venture, I took a brief detour to Thinkific. Deeply disappointed with the inflexibility of its site builder and the frequency of “hire a coder” as the sole solution to nearly every problem, I came back to LWs. I've never looked back. I built a complex membership site at LWs and their team has been incredibly responsive to my endless requests and questions - always gracious and genuine. I knew I was talking to human beings who were NOT responding from scripts, as is the fashion these days. So, as I celebrate the launch of my new business, I not only feel relief and anticipation, but also confidence that I am not alone; that I have a whole team of people behind me, helping to ensure my success. That feeling is priceless.

The few tiny design annoyances are so minor as to be irrelevant. They made good on every promise.

I pushed their site builder to its limits with multiple custom pages and special functions. I didn’t have to compromise on anything.

As a professional Dog Trainer, I have taught in-person classes your years. Recently I moved in a new direction and started online and virtual classes with no clue as to how this would work. Learnworlds.com has been my lifesaver. The program format is easy to understand that even a middle-aged person with no computer skills to speak of can use. I rarely need to use their customer support, but when I do, they are quick to answer and guide me through the choppy waters and back on track, and never make me feel incompetent.

Many of the options I would like to uses doesn't come with the basic plan.

The training classes I offered in the past were in-person, and there was little to no need for a formal course outline. Learnworlds.com enabled me to formulate my course into online and virtual modules that students can view all at once or drip-feed - one module at a time. Now my classes are no longer bound by distance or time. I can reach students that live all over the country at any time.

The nice and fast support to each and every question. Moreover I like the complete functionality of the platform. It is really like a Swiss Army knife (actually, I live near there producer of this item :-).

I have nothing to say here... It is a bit overwhelming but that was the same for the first Swiss knife I met.

It would have been much more overwhelming to start an e-learning business all on my own, with everything there is to do. Without this platform I wouldn't even have started thinking about email marketing, affiliate marketing and so many other functionalities. I am now on my way to create a continuous form of income because I put my three decades of experience in energy efficiency in a form that has the most value: a course has for example more value for example a book.

Before choosing the Learn Worlds platform, I compared and tested more than 20 LMS options worldwide. The reason why I chose Learn Worlds, was because it presented more and better resources, tools, Dashboard, among other characteristics that are extremely important for LMS (Learning management System). We had just some small issues and the technical support team helped in the beginning that I was implementing the platform. The Learn Worlds Platform is really complete LMS tool ,also follows GDPR regulation.

The user experience for my students/ customers is far better than what Teachable or Thinkific offer. I have dabbled with Thinkific, and I ran a profitable online course business on Teachable for about 6 months. What made me switch? The BIGGEST reason I switched is because of the enrollment process on Teachable. I have my sales page hosted on ClickFunnels and use Zapier automations to enroll my students into my courses. The enrollment process is so unnecessarily complicated on Teachable. Students are sent an automated email from Teachable and they MUST click the verification link in the mail to login to the school. They cannot login any other way. They cannot use the "password reset" button on the login screen until they first click the verification link in that first email. The problem was that sometimes up to 50% of those e-mails would end up in spam. Understandably so because Teachables automated emails look garbage and look like commercial emails - which is exactly what spam filters look for! I had so many angry customers who had paid and were unable to access their course because of this. Learn Worlds makes this all simple with the following features. - Friendly and personal-looking automated email templates which don't go to spam. - But even if the email is ignored, users can still enter their email address and click the password reset button on the login screen to get another email. This new email will have a link for them to reset their password and they'll still be able to login.

I have 4 complaints. 1. The direct integration to Active Campaign is far too simplistic.* First of all, Learn Worlds doesn't record student names with separate fields for first and last names. So, with the direct integration with Active Campaign, new users are just automatically added to a general list on Active Campaign. There's no way to tag or sort them automatically based on what product they've purchased or if they're just a free user. To do that, I need to use other solutions such as Zapier which costs more. 2. The feature to create finely sorted or filtered user lists is only available on their more expensive $300 plan.* But at that price, Kajabi seems like a much better option. Their mid tier plan at $80-100/month is comparable to similarly priced plans on Teachable and Thinkific. Both of those alternatives offer much more intricate filtering and sorting of users which can be exported as CSV lists. For example, say you have multiple courses, and you want to get a list of your users who are enrolled in Course A and B, but not in C. You cannot use the basic user list filters in LearnWorlds to do that. But this is very easily doable on Teachable and Thinkific. 3. It needs to be far easier to make a streamlined sales funnel. Without it, I'm still going to prefer to use something like ClickFunnels for the simple 1-click upsells and downsells. If this was on the premium $300 plan, I'd see the value in it. But otherwise, the top tier plan is just too much money for too few meaningful benefits. 4. Another reason I have my sales funnel page on a different platform is because LearnWorlds doesn't integrate with PayPal to take subscription payments.

1. The user interface on LearnWorlds is so much smoother and faster to navigate on both the student and admin side. Both Teachable and Thinkific were clunky and had slow load times with each click, both for students and on the admin dashboard. 2. Branding. Teachable is the WORST when it comes to this. Having a branded online school is more than just removing the host company's logo or watermark. It's also about how much you can customize the student's user interface.Teachable schools always look and feel like Teachable schools. On top of that, no matter what plan you're on, students are always asked if they want to log in with their "school account" or their "myTeachable" account. On LearnWorlds, your school is completely free of LearnWorlds' branding. And because it's still not as mainstream as Teachable or Thinkific, even your students won't know it's a LearnWorlds school. 3. You can build a whole website on LearnWorlds. So, you can have all your blog pages, etc. on the same website and your school can be directly integrated into your blog, rather than have it on a different domain. The website builder is far more comprehensive than Teachable's and Thinkific's. You can create far more aesthetic and modern looking websites on LearnWorlds than on Teachable or Thinkific. Again, Teachable is the worst in this area. Teachable's webpages at best look like something from the 90's 4. On Teachable, paypal payments are held for 1 month before being paid out. On LearnWorlds they're paid out instantly. 5. On LearnWorlds it's far simpler to create subscription courses or packages, or even one-off purchase bundles. 6. If you run live lessons on Zoom, the course player on LearnWorlds directly integrates with Zoom. You can create and schedule Zoom sessions directly from the course content builder in your LearnWorlds Admin Dashboard.

It’s easy to use and really intuitive to use on a day to day basis. Also, there’s very little experience required to master how to build your online school and make continuous improvements regularly. The support team and incredibly responsive and I usually have a requested answered within a couple of hours. Also, the team are receptive to requests for changes which has been really helpful.

There is very little not to like but user management can be tricky from time to time.

We are now able to deliver key professional development to thousands of educators where previously we didn’t have the capacity to scale. It has also opened our services to an international audience and we have begun selling licenses in different territories in Europe and the Middle East.

It was easy to use, navigate and produce exception learning content, courses and programmes for your audiance and customers. I've already recommended it personally to a number of friends.

LearnWorlds support has helped us a lot, when we have doubts they solve us immediately even though our time zones are very different from theirs, that has not been a problem so that we always have the best service. The help of our account manager to start our business was key, he always helps us find an easy way to do things and if we cannot find it, the LearnWorlds team works to offer us solutions. Designing the site was something very simple, as well as starting to sell, all the integrations they have have given us tools to be able to sell more and make ourselves known exponentially, for example, the affiliate program is a great solution in Marketing so that our own students who have already studied with us obtain benefits and also generate more clients for us. The same thing happens with coupons, they have helped us to ensure that sales do not go down, there is not a day in which we have not sold courses. And the data they give us allows us to make updates both in classes and on the platform so that it is easier for the student to study, enroll and live with more people from all over the world.

It seems to me that you have to work on making the site more responsive, from time to time we have to modify texts so that it can be seen well and organized on all screens. Being a platform used by people or companies that are just starting out in this or that do not have enough knowledge about programming, I think there should be support from LearnWorlds to be able to implement programming codes, especially in sales methods. This is an important point, as it can lead to improved customer sales, it is a win-win. There are some things like Windows pop-up or forms that we can find on the LearnWorlds site but that we as users cannot yet use on our sites. You need to be able to have control over the contact forms, since there is no filter on which contact form each data came from, they only give us the unified data.

There are several benefits that have helped us as a startup, first of all, LearnWorlds has an accessible price to start in the e-learning industry, in addition to offering security in the data obtained, that was one of the main reasons why which we chose LearnWorlds. By being able to design the site in a simple way, we were able to invest more money in delivering a better product for our students and in tools that make it easier to interpret the results that have helped us improve. The integrations that LearnWorlds has are great, Stripe, PayPal for payment methods have helped us a lot to be able to enter markets around the world. The reports that they have given us and that we can download help us a lot to make decisions to improve both the company and the user experience in every way.

Flexibility, clean and modern, inexpensive options, wonderful tech support, course modules are packed with features and integrations that are intuitive and robust and fit pretty much every need from SCORM players to dripped webinars. The platform and page builder is “hackable” to do whatever you need. The new SiteBuilder kills it with 1-click and drag-and-drop build features. Marketing a course is easy with bundles, discounts and coupons, affiliate codes and more.

Like many powerful tools, there are a LOT of options that can be overwhelming, but you don’t need to be a coder to make a beautiful, usable, mobile optimized school for any sector thats customer-focused rather than focused on employee education — but honestly LW is so flexible, the platform would work for this focus too!

Moving our vast offerings of in-person training during Covid-19 to an online space was a huge life in 2020, but LearnWorlds was the perfect platform to host our innovative blended content (self-paced elearning + live training sessions). Launching our certification program online was a no-brained.

First, I love the support team. They have consistently and patiently helped me when I've gotten stuck. You can have a wonderful product but having both an amazing product and great support makes it outstanding! I also love the convenience of combining my website with my course platform--brilliant! Additionally, LW integrates with Zoom, Active Campaign, and my payment software. The LearnWorlds sitebuilder is so versatile allowing me to create just exactly what I need. They continually reveal new benefits.

I get such satisfaction out of creating new courses and working on additions to my website, it can distract me from my other responsibilities...Ha!

The biggest impact so far is the reduction in expenses by combining my website and course platform.
