I tried out many different tools before choosing MailerLite. They have a very easy interface and I appreciate their friendly and prompt customer service.

I can't think of anything. I like pretty much everything :)

Easy and fairly priced tool for email maketing.

I love that it is very intuitive, even for a not so tech savy person. It works reliable and I can very quickly create new campaigns, forms, popups, automations. It is also very important that it is DSGVO compliant.

No complaints whatsoever! I just had a little problem migrating (probably because I am not a native speaker) but got help really really quick, even on sunday morning.

Providing a simple newsletter tool for small entrepreneur, quick to use and easy to care, compatible with wordpress.

the RSS feed feature is just right for me. I have never built a subscriber list because I dont know how to keep email marketing on fire. My visitors love my blog and now I can send them everything without having to do anything extra. Great time saver

Whenever I reach out to support - they are there. And everyone is super helpful, but there's one guy - Filip - who absolutely stands out. He just gets the job done in NO TIME, whatever I ask. 5-star support, no questions asked.

It would be easier to understand (for me at least) if segments where re-named to tags, since everyone (even MailerLite itself) calls is this way.

Way cheaper, way easier and - most importantly - way BETTER than ActiveCampaign (which I've been the user of for quite a few years before I've switched over to MailerLite)

The fact that you need premium plan for support BUT it's totally reasonable! I still can't reccommend them enough!

Mailerlite has all of the necessary functions for an email service provider and lots of bells and whistles as well. Automations, landing pages, and A/B testing, auto-resend. Have been using the platform for many years and still very happy.

There are not many downsides. One I can think of is certain integrations but with Zapier, this is not a problem. Uploading pictures to use in emails could be faster and linking to outside YouTube videos could be better but not too bad overall.

Mailerlite meets all of my email sending and automation needs. No problems and very good pricing. Much more value than other competitors. I have many landing pages integrated, email lists, automations. All works well.

I've just set up MailerLite for my second blog as I've been so happy with it to my first, after switching from Mailchimp. It's got amazing functionality and is easy to use. I had trouble with a workflow just now and asked for help in the chat. The person responded almost straight away and helped me sort out where I'd gone wrong. I highly recommend it
