This is the easiest service to use. Customer service is amazing. Everything goes through seemlessly. I truly love this service and recommend it to everyone! Payroll is a breeze for me! And my bank wanted to charge me $5 a user per month. With 20 contractors, this would have been ridiculous with weekly payroll. So , so happy with this service!

I have a bill that failed due to a user error on a contractor's part that still shows past due. It irritates me only because it is a constant reminder of why they were terminated.

There really haven't been any problems for them to solve besides the annoying past due reminder which they said should be fixed with a new update.

Melio has been fantastic in automating our vendor payment process. We have been able to streamline all our Accounts Payable payments to either ACH or CC along with being able to integrate into QB for a seamless process.

As Melio is continuing to improve its software, it would be helpful to have an additional field for remittance email addresses and a field for sales email addresses since this information will be written over when the account is synced in QB.

Melio has helped reduce our paper checks to a very minimal amount and provides our vendors with communication when payments are released. This has improved our payment processes and cash flow along with strengthening our vendor relationships.

They are solving the issue w/ uncertainty of USPS mail delivery service when it comes to making payments. Also presents another option for the vendors to get paid in a fairly quick amount of time.

Melio is the easiest form of an app to make any payments or send checks for your bills. It is a free app to do payments or receive payments. It's convenient to send payments from one business to another.

Melio processing payment from bank to bank takes 3 business days it can be improved to 1 business day if all the information is correct. Also, it needs an app presentation more attractive.

I have set up all my office rent payments through Melio which is very easy and beneficial. I just go into the app every 1st of the month and make the payments for all my offices.

Most of the vendors all ask if they need to download an app and I like that I can tell them no! Once a vendor is in the system, it's super easy.

I've been having to pay all my contractors with Venmo and this is fine in the short run but it is not sustainable as your company grows. Melio allows for growing businesses to seamlessly pay their contractors.

I like that Melio connects easily and reliably with QBO. As a bookkeeper trying to keep our clients on track, Melio is a big part of that! Melio has given me and our clients a clear view of their Account Payable.

The only thing I wish I could change about Melio is the ability to block or remove certain vendors because they are paid in other ways. Other than this Melio is wonderful!

I've tried various platforms for sending money to contractors and partners in the past and they've always been difficult to understand or came with bothersome fees or just plain didn't work out. Melio works perfectly with zero fees for what I need.

When entering bills into QuickBooks, they don't sync with Melio immediately. And, some bills from QuickBooks are on auto-pay or are paid eleswhere(like the vendor's website), and you can't exclude them from Melio's list of bills to pay.

We no longer have to worry about having envelopes and stamps, paying bills is easier to keep track of.
