Melio has helped us streamline and speed up payments to our vendors. Love the ability to send ACH payments without a fee. Customer service is phenomenal. Their service has been invaluable!

The only suggestion I have is to allow non-business vendors to make payments to us.

This is the easiest service to use. Customer service is amazing. Everything goes through seemlessly. I truly love this service and recommend it to everyone! Payroll is a breeze for me! And my bank wanted to charge me $5 a user per month. With 20 contractors, this would have been ridiculous with weekly payroll. So , so happy with this service!

I have a bill that failed due to a user error on a contractor's part that still shows past due. It irritates me only because it is a constant reminder of why they were terminated.

There really haven't been any problems for them to solve besides the annoying past due reminder which they said should be fixed with a new update.

There aren't a ton of features. I'm not complaining about that, as I know it's a free platform and super helpful, but perhaps some more robust features if I had to find something to complain about.

I was unable to cancel a failed payment even though melio had given the refund instantly back to my account and I had created a new bill. Not a problem just a slight annoyance

There are many places that don't accept credit card I was able to pay a rental payment with a credit card which my landlord did not accept so this service and gave them an ACH deposit so I could use the credit card

The only thing I dislike is that payments are not immediate it would be nice to figure out a way that the ACH could post same day with a nominal fee like an instant transfer of some sort

I love being able to receive ACH payments without having to pay a fee! Other payment processing companies I've used charge a fee for this. Also, love the option of paying with a card to earn CC points.

Would love a faster turn around time on the deposits, but know going in that it may take about a week to receive. Still worth it in order not to have to pay a fee.

I'm able to save money on my bottom line by using Melio. Bank and merchant charges certainly add up, so I'm happy to minimize the amount that are taken from me and put that money back into my company.

Is is online platform that have a direct communication with their clients. The online chat is very responsive easy to use and express your concerns .

Honestly minor bugs in the webpage that need to be corrected. But I have seen they are constantly updating the page so the issue I am sure will soon go away

$0 dollar cost to pay my vendor as fast as one day. I do have to worry about any bank fees. Now I am using Melio to get paid and not additional cost.

I like that my client can choose how they want to pay and then pay the fee without me having to explain it! I also like being able to set monthly expenses to be paid automatically!

I recently had to send money to India, and Melio does not provide service there yet. Other than that I have been quite pleased! There are a few website enhancements I would make but there have already been positive changes so I am sure it will just continue to improve.

With Melio I am able to pay vendors via ACH without much fuss. That is a win for all of us. Having to set them up once and make payments over and over is a time saver!

It's free to make payments! Plus it syncs with the bills in QuickBooks Online.

So far... not much. However, I don' t like that it can't figure out that a payment didn't go through until afterwards.

The % credit cards charge. We prefer ACH Transfers and it makes is SUPER easy!

Melio is straightforward and streamlined, it takes a ton of time out of our bill pay.

We use quickbooks for accounting, it's easier to enter bills independently and then match payments back. The sync just seems to add a lot of extra steps (mostly on the quickbooks side.)

Melio is mostly used to pay merchants that are not able to be paid online. It's perfect for what you're looking for! Simply entering the invoice and going through the procedures of setting up the payment ensures that the payment is processed without my having to print, stamp, and send checks. Melissa assisted me in liquidating capital to enable me to make a higher-return investment in a more promising venture. The procedure was straightforward, and I am really pleased with their performance. Sending checks is completely free! It's simple to use! It is compatible with my accounting program. I'm sure my merchants will remember me.

It would be nice if it could sync the address information with Quickbooks. For the time being, we must input it in both locations. I would also want to be able to see when a vendor's check has been deposited (as well as a copy of the check), rather than having to contact customer support every time a check is placed.

It saves time, stamps, and paper, and it's simple to keep track of payments. My consumers appreciate the convenience of being able to pay through electronic means. As a small company owner, I have limited time, therefore I like that Melio functions as a virtual partner. Effortless and simple - I can't believe it took this long for someone to come up with such an innovative service. Very satisfied with the service and will refer it to my other friends who own small companies.

Melio is one of the best tools to pay for vendors and contractors with no additional cost to start. It's free to use and has the free forever plan to use and gain experience.

It's kind of like a complete tool. We have not felt so far any lack into the system as we have been recommending Melio to our clients for their business use to ease.
