Honestly not too much. I tried the new email builder and I'm loving it! Everything works really well and I didn't have any problems so far. I will be happy to keep using omnisend :)

The cost is slightly high if you send emails once per month or less but cost effective if you send them regularly like weekly or more.

Every time we send an email we more than cover the cost of 1 month of the service so it pays for itself. It helps announce new products and reminder customers to order for other occations.

Automated emails through Shopify stores and the ability to link multiple brands to the once account has benefitted me by far! It has made marketing in the one place extremely efficient.

Possibilities to make lots of different client approach strategies – all in one program. All easy to use & built up the empire ) I used Shopify service before, it was way too simple, i was surprised that there are actually such big possibilities when I discovered Omnisend.

The price can be more adjustable, for example, I had 5000 contacts, but now I have 3k active ones, yet the price is the same. Also, I have been charged twice by mistake for a contact clean-up service.

It is giving the possibility to make landing pages – to encourage people to subscribe, also layouts are easy to save & use, I'm using it daily now, and found it a great tool for my client service.

It is very friendly user and the analytics are extremely hepful to have a quick insight of how you are performing. Also, the design and templates offered which makes my emails look great.

Maybe something to improve it is to include more integrations, which is something that makes me hesitate many times to switch to Klaviyo. Also the pop up form (newsletter) does not offer the option to have the same font and design as the web. Also, back in stock is only available in English (my store is based in spain).

It has helped me to have a better overview of my clientele. To be able to create multiple segments and to personalize my emails helps me grow and increase my sales.

The user experience and interface for making the email campaigns are simple with easy-to-read guides. There is a friendly menu and once you understand the basics it's not hard to create something stunning to drive business to your company.

I don't like the image gallery, I wish there were folders you could create to help with the adjustment process. We often re-use certain images in our campaigns and it would be helpful to have them all divided out into categories.

I can remind, keep in touch, and update all my clients all in one with the ease of mass email campaigns. I have seen more sales generation while using this, not only while using links on the email itself but also more people visiting the website.

I like how fast you can build a new Newsletter and also how you can see how the users clicked and how they act when receiving the newsletter. I've never been able to create such an awesome Newsletter. It also got so many pretty templatess, this makes Omnisend the best for me!

I dont really dislike anything, every feature is really helpful and i use all of them. Only thing i would modify is the newsletter creating tool, its a bit laggy sometimes.

I was never able to see how my clients act with the Newsletter, now i can. I also never had an eMail form for my Website now i got it and it really helps me to get customers back which didnt completed a checkout or which are still deciding.

No saved blocks in the new email builder. In the previous email builder we could save blocks for easy access they are discontinuing that feature this year.

Would be nice to see abandoned carts and what has been left in there - total order value etc so we could see areas that may need improving, had this on jily and it was a very good tool to win back potentially lost orders.

Trends about what pages people visit, how long they spend on the site,when they leave - Ive realised that i can focus on certain popular pages/products which is a big bonus

Its much better than Mailchimp. Templates are very Organic, easy flow on the website, since we switch to omnisend we have generate more revenue than when we were using mailchimp.

Omnisend was a game-changer regarding our e-mail marketing! We love how easy and fast is to customize our e-mail templates, we've got compliments from customers and it helped us to boost sales. The customer service is also great and the tutorial videos are very well explained. I highly recommend it!

So far there is nothing I dislike, I think it would be cool to have a bigger range of forms and e-mail templates.

I haven't had any issues with Omnisend. I had a couple of questions when I first used the App and there was always someone available to help. Conversions have now started to increase

They are currently switching to a new email template that is prettier than the old one but doesn't have as many features yet.

Recently started using Omnisend for my business and admire very much this software. It’s very easy to use and sales are also increasing through its email and SMS marketing without being panic or taking any hefty workload. Its integration with other ecommerce platforms is very much easy. The email builder is very easy to use and is fully loaded with custom templates. The interface is clean and simple to use with pretty much attractive design.

Sometimes it becomes very hard to find and use new features so have to search for online manuals and tutorials. Although its templates are more than enough but it should allow users more freedom of customizing them according to our own needs. Currently its only supported in English language which sometimes creates barriers for my employees as some of them are not native English speakers so more languages should also be supported.

My experience of using Omnisend is very delightful. There are many marketing software’s all around the world but Omnisend is best from all of the other software’s. It’s easy to use customizable, preloaded with many tools and also its free version is more than enough. I fully recommend Omnisend to new people for their email marketing and try this software free of cost. Although its great software but my recommendations are to add more features in templates by allowing users to customize them and also more languages should be supported. Overall, my experience is worthful.

Straightforward to use, has plenty of handy features and it's really easy to contact support if there's anything I can't figure out. Reporting is super useful also.

How easy and simple it is to send out mailshots to all of our customers. The drag and drop aspect really makes life so easy to create a great-looking mailshot, we have been using it for quite a few years now and even new staff have be able to pick it up quickly.

I be really honest, nothing comes to mind, it just works well and does the job.
