It's simple to use and provides a nice tool to streamline how customers receive proposals.
The lack of 2-way integration with Hubspot is a bit irritating - it doesn't pull £ values through.

Very easy to use. It saves time and paper.
I can't think of anything this site is missing.
I no longer have to rely on students to bring important documents home for signatures.
I manage multiple PandaDoc instances, many with multiple workspaces for business units, some workspaces with dozens of end users in various roles. We use the tool for in house HR, Legal, Channel sales, and direct sales. It's so customizable and scales great for our unique team needs. - Document template creation tool is powerful and very intuitive once you get to know it (it's a little confusing at first because there are so many options) - You can create BEAUTIFUL documents and alternate versions on the fly - Document and template management is super easy for admins, and usage is super easy for end users - Document management is easy for all sorts of end users (ie. sales reps can manage their own documents) - Document generation within CRM is wonderful for end users ... don't need multiple tabs open - Document automation options make managing alerts and expirations very simple for users - Post-completion automation and document file save back to CRM platforms works great - Integrations to other platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) are really customizable - TONS of custom options when integrating to SFDC (multiple options to sync to Opportunities, Opp products, and/or Orders, Order Products, etc) - Two-way sync (write back) to CRM can be done very easily with Zapier - Support chat is highly available and email support usually responds in under 24hrs - Helpdesk is highly searchable and includes good documentation
- Takes a bit of time to learn template builder (or you pay for them to build for you) - Setting up enterprise-level integrations to SFDC can take time to learn - The document emails sent to recipients are simple and not very customizable
Share proposals, orders, MSA, and other documents. Services our CPQ needs. document generation by sales reps, custom document building, automation with CRM systems to move deals down pipeline. We also use it for legal and HR related forms.
I like the template usage, easy to create and copy from exiting ones
The only thing is sometimes its difficult to create/edit certain text boxes

I cannto tell any dislike in this app, this is perfect.
Most of our clients are from other places of Alberta applying to rent an apartment and cannot sign the document in person.
Pandadoc is user friendly, looks amazing and is so easy to use. I've not had a single client complain about Pandadoc. The customer service is quick to help with any issues i've had. I use Pandadoc about 10x a day 5 days a week, so i've gotten rather great about using it.
The Text verfication credits have to be purchased. They need to create a package where it offers that as an unlimited. There doesn't seem to be a search feature, to search for a signed document in your inbox.
I'm able to get document's over to our client's quickly and they're able to sign and have the document automatically sent back to me for processing.
The ease of use. Our sales team have become a lot more productive since using the software
There's not much to dislike! The software does what it says it does!
Speed of quoting
It's easy to use for us but more importantly easy for our clients to sign. It integrates with Stripe, Slack, and Hubspot.
Setting up new docs isn't as seamless as I had hoped for, we were unsuccesful in loading up word / pdf of our agreements and had to re-build them in PandaDcos. Now that they're in there it's great.
It's allowing us to quickly and effectively send agreements and collect revenue.
I think is user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to create and manage documents.
PandaDoc lacks certain features or capabilities that are available in more specialized or comprehensive solutions

How easy it is to re-create agreements and documents for immediate use. Hit send and my clients are able to conveniently review and sign documents instantly from their portable devices. All my documents are in one place and the dashboard gives me instant view of where things are in their flow.
I can't really think of a dislike regarding this product.
Generation, Distribution, Collection and organized storage of rate plan agreements, reservation confirmations, employee documents and etc.
I like that they have informational webinars very frequently. Sometimes you don't realize you could be optimizing your contracts in a big way and they really help to think outside of the box and also learn any new features they've released! My favorite new feature is the signing date lock- it allows us to insert a daterange that forces the date of the signature at time of signing. The HubSpot integration ROCKS as well!
The only thing is that if we re-do a contract due to an error the past one is wiped inside PandaDoc and the new one replaces it - but we do receive a signed PDF in our email so we have the backup there if it's ever needed!
PandaDoc makes it so much easier for our sales reps to put together contracts without management's help. It has also significantly reduced the number of errors on contracts. It has also been way easier to win chargebacks when they come through!
Outside of the amazingly low price, I love how user friendly the system is and all the things you can do with the program. I have multiple users set up and it makes it so easy to keep track of everything. If you accidentally delete a document it is still stored in the deleted area until you delete from that area (which saved me on a few that were accidentally deleted by myself). I was using Docusign and talk about horrible prices and customer service. PandaDoc was the best decision I made to signing electronically. I use this program daily multiple times and it makes my job so much easier.
I havent found anything yet that I do not like about PandaDoc.
I no longer have to pass around agreements via email, fax, etc. when using PandaDoc. I can set up for all involved parties and track if they viewed, etc. I really like the program and again have nothing bad to say.
It looks beautiful and you can embed videos and pictures to help facilitate sales. It is easy to use. I especially like the ability to have the client choose aptions and it to tally a different total based on those options. It also intergrates with everything.
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

Just made my job easier, Consent signatures can be received without leaving the office. I compared the other companies and this came cheaper and very good features.

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform. I switched from another platform to panda doc and have shared it with others.
My clients find it easy to use as well for signing their documents. It has created a faster turnaround time on document signing.
I've never had any issues with client signing. I love the tracking and the ways in which you can edit a document to resend instead of starting over.
I don't really have any dislikes but sometimes when I'm looking to send a reminder, the menu can be a bit hidden.
I work remotely and my clients are all over the city so it's really easy for me to send these documents over to them and discuss it over the phone or walk them through the contracts.
Now that I'm up and running, I don't think about it as often but when I started using PandaDoc I REALLY appreciated their onboarding service, in our case, 1-on-1, live sessions. Also, from the start, their knowledge base and training resources are very helpful. While those resources are critical for getting and keeping the machine running, I appreciate that the UI/UX is really well-designed and intuitive so that it's easy to use and looks good. Finally, and especially with the current acceleration of AI evolution, PandaDoc is doing a good job of continuing to evolve the platform so it will continue to be a great resource in the future.
Some word-processor style challenges need to be addressed, like trying to span a numbered list across pages. Also, there was a time recently (early Dec 2023) when I saw some functional glitches, but those resolved in a day or two. Other than that, I don't have anything that I dislike about the platform.
We use PandaDoc to generate proposals and track progress. This is a significant benefit for the time savings and for having a professional service that presents our brand well.
