Recruitee is excellent at having all our company's recruitment profiles stored in one place. Over the last few years, we've reviewed tens of thousands of candidates, and would not have been able to manage this volume of potential employees, without a tool such as Recruitee.
Sometimes Recruitee can be a little slow in between loading profiles and moving through candidates.
Recruitee is helping us solve the problem of managing repeat candidates, across different organizational units. The ability to "merge" candidates who have applied for multiple jobs or at multiple times, with notes on each submission, is invaluable.

Some of the click through pathways could be a little easier, or adding quicker ways to do things eg. creating new email template - if that was done in the email drafter rather than in the settings area. As an example if I see a mistake in a template I have to go in to settings to update it rather than just being able to save of the draft, or save a new one in the email drafter Niggly things - I think there needs to be a 'Scheduler' option when putting in interviews, it always says in the calendar title the interview is with me but I am just the scheduler and have to update this everytime with the actual interviewer details.

I can have all the information needed for recruiting in one place, take notes, and make comments with my team on what we like or not from a candidate. We can create tags like "amicable," culturally fit," and also "shy" or "confident" and add them to applicants. We can schedule interviews, synch our available time slots with our calendars, create email templates for every step of the hiring process and different job openings, publish our job posts seamlessly with many job platforms, and publish it to the career page of our company website. I like Recruitee; it has all you need and is easy to use; each team member can collaborate as we can also add mentions and assign tasks to non-recruiters who need to review the candidates.
So far, the only issue we have had is when we hit reply all instead of composing a new email, but we contacted support, and it was solved.
Our recruiting process is streamlined, and all our team can access every profile to add notes or review notes on a specific candidate. We can go back and check on any candidate who applied previously and was not selected to check the reasons for disqualification and create those reasons. We were able to create a special "to be contacted in a future opportunity" for those who did good but did not make it to the final stages. This saves a lot of time as we do not need to source as much and can send an email to a past applicant, find out if they wish to apply once more, and save time as the screening stage was done already. This also helps us create brand awareness.

Very simple and user friendly, fantastic tool. It allows the recruiting process to be lean and quick and allows visibility of compliant recruitment. I particularly like the simplistic candidate like & dislike process which allows easy ranking of prospective employees. I also like that you can create different stages of the recruitment process which makes it highly visibly and user friendly and gives a quick snapshot of how recruitment is progressing.
The only thing i would mention is that it would be a good idea to have permission levels for example, certain people shouldnt be able to see recruitee information for people who have been hired to a job that they may be interested in applying for. Secondly, if companies offer referral schemes it would be good to have a method of identifying this to prevent unfair recruitment occuring.
Recruitment is done a lot quicker and efficiently, it allows a collaborative approach to recruitment which is achievable by allowing multiple users to access the tool. It also allows us to place people on hold if they are unable to move jobs at a particular time and store their personal information in a safe and controllable manner. The dashboard is also a tool we regularly use as we are going through a high level of recruitment currently and it is indicative as to whether we need to increase our job advertising efforts and whether we need to be advertising further afield.

- It would be great if the vacancies could be edited more flexibly. I believe editing functions are limited to make it easier to use. However, I would prefer more advanced options.

With Recruitee we have a clear overview of our job openings and candidates. We do not longer need to keep track of everything with excel etc and can work together very easily!
Really user friendly software, such a simple interface to use and very customisable to fit your own hiring needs. The option to integrate external emails into the recruitee inbox is really useful as well. Quick and friendly responses from the support team are always appreciated! No maximum number of team members as well which is really useful as we collaborate on projects as a team.
It would be good to have more package options really, the rates are a little bit steep for the ideal packages we would ideally have gone for. Sometimes there are issues with the names importing incorrectly from CVs, and sometimes there are formatting issues when copying and pasting text into the emails box.
Recruitee just makes everything centralised, transparent and shared between us as a team, which is great. We can view all client and candidate communications in one place and pick up where each other has left off in case of any absence. The clients are also impressed with how user friendly the system is and the notes system is really handy to communicate with when pushed for time to pick up the phone.
Exactly what I was looking for, an all in one solution to solve the entire recruiting flow from start to finish.

It's save a lot of times of me and helps me to source candidate and put them in the right role perfectly and promptly. Right now I don't need to put or keep candidate in excel sheet or LinkedIn project.
Recruitee is a well thought-out and therefore structured software. The basic operation is easy to understand and the setup is relatively straightforward. To be able to use all the functions to the full, however, you need a little time to understand everything - but they are worth it. The ability to maintain data globally, so that it is automatically available anytime and anywhere, is a major advantage. This greatly reduces the maintenance effort and the number of potential sources of error. If any questions remain unanswered, the support team responds quickly and easily - feedback is recorded and transparently documented and in some cases also implemented.
The list of negative properties is short. Unfortunately, there is no global pipeline view. A pipeline is available at job level, in which you can see the progress of each individual applicant, but unfortunately this is only shown in a list view. If jobs are edited and they are still not live, this uses up one of the limited job slots - but these are both rather negligible factors.
Thanks to Recruitee, we were able to significantly simplify and automate the entire application process. Thanks to a suitable interface, we were able to integrate Recruitee into our website, which means that all applications automatically end up at Recruitee, where they can then be processed. Thanks to the ability to synchronize email accounts, emails can be sent automatically from Recruitee, but are still visible in the email account.
