Before trying Respona, I was kinda pessimistic about outreach automation because while it can speed things up, email personalization remains on a generic level. And it is personalization that can make or break the entire outreach campaign. But this software could change my viewpoint. At the personalization stage, Respona has a rich set of options allowing you to make your email feel personal. I’m not talking about generic stuff like adding the recipient’s name to the email greeting and calling it a day. You can actually be much more creative than that. Respona lets you choose from multiple recipient’s and organization attributes and even add your own custom attributes to personalize your outreach in any way you like. That way, your prospects will get a feeling that their inbox is the only place where your email landed, not in hundreds of others.

Not sure if it’s just me, but when I signed up, I couldn’t find a way to edit my schedule for a while. And then, I noticed a gray icon on the right that didn’t stand out on the white background. So, I believe some minor color changes in the interface would be much appreciated.

Basically, it’s an all-in-one outreach solution that can replace many tools, which makes it not just time-saving but also cost-effective.

Accuracy in finding contact information and warnings to prevent spam. The UI is fun. The executive and support team are top notch.

Like all SAAS you will want a back up alternative on hand "just in case" of downtime. Respona used to have glitches as they were growing but has gotten better and the support team is the best support team in the industry, I have had to contact them often - but they are helpful and responsive. in other words, Respona, when they were migrating to a more robust system, broke more often than I would have liked - but for the last few months straight it works! Also price-wise it is frequently a debatable expense when budgeting because there are multiple in-house/creative ways to do what Respona does for free (being honest). However, I keep ending up renewing because Respona's support and executive team is Excellent - like I want to work there they're so good (seriously, if their team ever asked me to be their Chief Coms Officer or offered a board seat I wouldn't hesitate they're that impressive at their jobs) - And the contact finder is accurate (depending on the domain - if you get good at manual searching, albeit time consuming, it helps with research). The UI is also fun to use, almost gamifies my day. I still have to use my own expertise, industry secrets/know-how, personal relationships and strategy - it is far from "automated" - but is better than having a human intern/assistant.

There's a lot to appreciate about Respona, but what I'm most impressed with is how it manages to turn tedious and plain difficult processes into one simple workflow. Its intuitive user interface significantly speeds up our ability to conduct outreach. The dashboard provides an overview of all activities at a glance, and the organization all campaign details allows us to keep track of the entire team's progress with ease. Respona strikes the perfect balance between automation and personalization. It provides ample opportunities to customize emails and follow-ups, making our approach feel personalized and authentic, which has greatly impacted our response rates for the better.

A more balanced pricing-range could improve accessibility, but it's still cheaper (and better) than the alternatives. A proper CRM would be great, too.

Respona has completely revamped our outreach process and made a discernible impact on our ability to build high-quality links more efficiently. Before using Respona, we were struggling with manual emails and follow-ups, but now we have an automated, streamlined process. The analytics provided by the tool also enable us to refine our process continually, and figure out what works and what doesn't on the fly.

I like how simple and easy it is to use to create email sequences. I was previously using HubSpot for outreach and email sequences, but after using Respona I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If you are looking for a simple and cost-effective solution to create email sequences and a platform with tools to help you prospect, engage, and drive more revenue. then Respona is an excellent choice for your business.

Respona needs to improve its database for the tool that gathers B2B contact information from URLs. It mostly works well but I did notice a few times I could not find email addresses. Luckily the few I couldn't find I went directly to the website and was able to find at least a general contact email.

No problems to resolve. The benefits are that you can have a great solution for a great price!

It doesn't have an intuitive way to navigate through the steps of sending a campaign, at least between steps 3 and 4. Other than that, they don't have a referral program :(.

Before Respona, I was subscribed to about 4 different apps and had a team of 10 people doing outreach! I've actually cut costs by a good amount thanks to it.
