What I like the best about Robly is that Email Marketing works so perfectly and qucikly that I can reach out my clients in seconds. I need little time for format which they provide and also pushing to social made is perfect. It is mobile-ready email marketing software that automate everything with smart features.

The software itself is complicated sometimes and can be buggy but I heard that they are going to fix this quickly.

The main benefits from Robly are the automation of email campaigns that they provide for me. I also can have autoresponders, engagements and can watch the history of my actions.

The system automatically organizes the lists of reports and contacts to work with, but it is easy to edit this by assigning parameters to filter information and obtain specific results. Within Robly it was possible to manage externally created email lists.

Robly's interface design is a bit unsightly, since even when it fulfills its function of guiding me within the lists and histories, it has too many buttons outside the navigation menu (with this I refer to the secondary bar from where they are managed dashboard and reports).

The mailing system, being so detailed in terms of the mailing process (I want to mention the top bar where you start with the design and end with mailing tests) makes it fast to edit them using simply a system of labels.

Me encanta su plataforma porque es muy estable. Dentro de su características estoy muy contenta con su función para enviar correos electrónicos después de un tiempo y con asuntos diferentes, también que me permite enviar los correos electrónicos cuando estos se puedan leer, es genial esta función que tiene como características. Me agrada la gran calidad de plantillas que dispone esta herramienta para los diseños de correo, puedo diseñarlo a mi manera y eso me gusta mucho. Estoy muy contenta con su función de analice cuando se integra con google, es un aspecto muy positivo y bueno que he podido apreciar en esta herramienta.

No me gusta es el sistema de notificaciones que trae este software, porque sus notificaciones son bastantes retardadas y no me gusta recibir alguna notificación importante con tanto retraso, más aún cuando son clientes. Aunque me gustan las paletas de colores, veo que estas son muy limitadas para realizar diseños específicos, me encantaría poder diseñar diseños de cualquier elección. También encuentro difícil incorporar múltiples ID porque a la hora de identificar modificaciones es difícil saber quién pudo realizar cualquier cambio.

Esta herramienta ha sido muy útil para mí, me ahora mucho tiempo, me ayuda a ahórrarme problemas para enviar informes diferentes. Es capaz de programar mis correos electrónicos y a la misma vez me he ahorrado mucho dinero usando esta herramienta en mi trabajo. Robly offers a fantastic email marketing service! The templates are easy to use and the system is easy to navigate. They offer a variety of templates to work with for different designs as needed. The emails look professional, and their email database is easy to work with. Robly tracks the opens, bounces, and efficiently maintains the database with continuous updates to valid email addresses. They also offer a large amount of storage for images, which is extremely helpful to our company. It is also helpful to have the email subscribers go directly into the Robly database from our website and our Facebook page, by using the Robly email widgets offered. At any time, we can also export our entire email subscriber database at any time. If we have any issues, we can usually do a live chat with a Robly assistant to help work through the problem. We have been with Robly several years, and feel it is the best email marketing program out there today.

The system is sometimes slow in saving templates, most likely based on the amount of users in the Robly site at the same time.

Because the Robly system is so easy to use, we are able to reach thousands of email subscribers more frequently. And also having the option to use the free Open Gen service in sending a second email has been a great advantage in getting more of our sent emails opened. We also get a lot of new subscribers from having the Robly newsletter sign up widget on our Facebook page.

I love how all the data is laid out in a nice readable format. It's also very easy to see where you are and what you're looking at. It fills in the gaps in our email marketing campaigns, which is super helpful. The stats we get from Robly are also very helpful with our marketing strategy. I also really like how Robly does the A/B testing for you. Creating email templates has also never been easier with their drag and drop system. It doesn't require a high level of html knowledge to make your emails look great. Overall, Robly make sending emails easier and does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Highly recommended.

I wish the graphs could also show by month or at least skip the days no emails were sent out. It difficult to see how many emails are opened if it's only showing every day.

Robly has allowed us to do A/B testing without a lot of fuss. It has helped us with creating email templates that work for every device and look great.
