Rocketlane allows me to keep track of my projects' milestones and deadlines in a clear, efficent way. I can, at a glance, understand what needs to be done for a client, log hours spent working on a project, and update dates and timelines easily.
There are certain minor designs and features that I'm not fully in love with (the UX for logging time and completing a task, namely). But the Rocketlane team is very receptive of our feedback and is constantly in contact with our team lead to share this internally on their side.
Rocketlane came to replace our previous tool which was not comfortable to use, and lacked many features that make Rocketlane a better fit for our current needs. Rocketlane solved the visibility issue for me, as it allows me to very easily keep track of every project I am managing, easily sharing information with customers through the platform. It also helps me stay organised and be up to speed with my projects' tasks.
What separate Rocketlane from other PMS is its SIMPLICITY, while still affectively help you manage your project.
Not much to dislike so far. I think as people continue to use the product, feedback will help make the product better!

Onboarding is critical for us since the exchange of information during the stage defines success for us through out the customer journey. There is shared ownership with the customer to get the required data and complete tasks on product for a successful onboarding to happen. Rocketlane allows me to definte the journey clearly and split tasks clearly outlining owners. This way there is clarity on blockers, progress and other aspects
We've used Rocketlane for over a year now. I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone on the Rocketlane team! Madhu, Krishita, Vishnu, Sri, and everyone on the Care team have taken great care of us.
We would love to see more product adoption/engagement metrics within Rocketlane to help give insight into what area(s) of the implementation process to improve! Examples of engagement metrics: How many customers are "actively" using Rocketlane? Which tasks are being engaged and not engaged with?
Before Rocketlane, our project implementations were managed in Google spreadsheets. Rocketlane has allowed us to: 1. Modernize our implementations process 2. Centralize information to improve productivity 3. Integrate with Salesforce to bilaterally push/pull project statues
I love that I can create an organised schedule of events and that I get reminded when to complete them! I also can customise this which is so helpful as our workflow is continuously adapting! Krishita Shah is amazing, she helps us SO much and is so lovely too, thankyou so much Krishita!!
That the start date then proposes when things are for the whole project, we work in an enviroment where the start date can change quickly, I would love if if I could change this and the other steps would automatically change date too
Rocketlane helps us to be meticulous and never miss any of our time targets to complete tasks. Rocketlane is so visual that it has really helped us to understand our processes and better them. I love the user interface and when we didn't use it for one of our projects (as we weren't sure about the structure) I found it SO much harder to keep track of where I was. I also love that if your colleage and you are off and different times then when you return you can really easily see what has and hasnt been completed in your absense. A BEAUTIFUL TIME SAVING ORGANISATIONAL DREAM!

Our CSM, Krishita, has been nothing short of helpful, kind, insightful and attentive. As we are a new onboarding function within SourceBreaker, we really see the value of organising our onboarding process for visability and clarity for not only ourselves but the wider team. Krishita reached out to me via LinkedIn, and from there we organised a catch up meeting. She has taken us through new features, really listened to our requirements and helped us create bespoke processes which only makes our lives easier. Nothing springs to mind. Sometimes I feel like an on demand learning centre would be great - when I joined SourceBreaker I had to book training in, when it would have been great to have some on demand videos to initially catch up with the team.
Keeping in the loop with KPI's we are hitting, making sure we do not miss any steps on the onboarding process which in turn standardises our process across different clients from different teams
Rocketlane has been a game changer for our process of onboarding new franchisees. It provides a clear pathway from beginning to end, giving much needed transparency and accountability with an easy-to-navigate interface. All the information is right there at their fingertips. We particularly value the way we can categorize information into separate spaces, and separate chat categories. It's taken what had been an overwhelming and largely obscured process into something that's easy for brand-new business owners to understand and proceed through at their own pace. It's been difficult to find something that has worked for our particular needs, and so far Rocketlane is really filling in the gaps!
Our team is eagerly awaiting a mobile interface! Otherwise, the timeline/gantt chart does present some challenges, as not every task needs to have a specific start/end date and it can overcomplicate the timeline - but I understand the limitations and intention of the software. I would also like to see some rules be implemented for those tasks that aren't tied to any specific date, but more to a dependency. If X task is marked done, that triggers the start date for Y.
We previously lacked a method to consolidate client-facing information in a task-based timeline, but have it also function as individual projects with individual dates. Rocketlane does all of the above!
Rocketlane has been a game changer for our Customer Success and Professional Services teams to efficiently manage customer projects. Prior to using Rocketlane, the system we had in place was very rigid and lacked the clear visibility that needed to be easily shared. My favorite feature is the ability to add individual customer's Goals and Tasks to ensure the whole team is focused on making the customer successful
So far nothing! The platform is great and if 'gaps' are ever found their support team is incredibly responsive to help document the requirements and advocate to get the functionality in place!
Rocketlane has enabled our team to easily standardize our customer onboarding program to ensure that value is being achieved each step of the way. Additionally, the product is easily customized so that if any individual customer requests come up, they can be simply incorporated into the existing project. Another key time saver for our team has been setting up the dependencies so that if a project ever gets off track a bit, we just have to update one individual task, and the rest update automatically! This removes our team's concern for tedious yet necessary tasks and keeps our focus solely on finalizing the customers' project
Rocketlane makes it easy to build out templatized implementation processes to be utilized across all customer implementations. The interface and user experience provide for an easy-to-use space to collaborate with customers and internal teams and guide a productive and enjoyable onboarding process. The support team is eager to help and very accessible. I'm so happy to use Rocketlane to support our customer engagements.
I have not identified any issues with the platform or critical missing features. I once had an issue with customizing notifications within projects I am a part of, and the support team quickly reacted and provided a solution to our needs.
Rocketlane helps us stay organized and on top of the onboarding process and necessary tasks to complete the project. Email notifications, filtered views, and documentation have been essential for managing Client Projects.
It was easy to create templates, set up timelines, and create projects. I particulary like the ease with which I can update the status of tasks for each project right from the project page.
So far, I have not found anyting that I don't like. Our onboarding specialist has been helpful and the training videos are short and to the point. I was able to jump right in to using the product.
Rocketlane allows both our company and our clients to keep track of tasks and easily communicate with us. Personally, I find my client meetings are more productive because we can easily see the tasks that need addressing.

I love how customizable the Rocketlane features are. Rocketlane has made managing collaborative projects with my clients so much easier. -- Even as a team of one. The ability to create a project plan based on your project phases and framework has been invaluable. Not to mention the little presentation button beside the project plan, which makes presenting the plan to clients easy without having to create slides. #timesaved 😍 My projects are really organized in a way that helps my clients know what happening and when. I've cut my onboarding time in half with the project and project role template capabilities alone. The ability to set project milestones and have CSAT surveys with them to get client feedback through the client experience has helped me make intentional, continuous improvements in my process. The other amazing features that have made project management easy with clients are the automatic project status update features and the ability to send items for client approval. The fact that I've been able to use their docs feature to collaboratively write content and create strategies with my client without leaving the tool has been such a beautiful experience. Oh and the ability to make certain tasks private has been so amazing too. Clients don't need to see every task that needs to be completed. I've tried everything... Trello, Asana, Clickup, AhSuite, Copilot, CoordinateHQ and even Google Docs. Nothing beats Rocketlane. Trust me. I've searched high and low for other tools that do the same things, and nothing has the speed and reliability that Rocketlane has. Thank you, Rocketlane leadership for making this tool affordable and within reach for freelancers too. We seem to get forgotten in tech tools that connect team project management with a client collaboration portal.
I would have to say that the only things I wish Rocketlane did better are: (1) Better UI Design: The current UI feels a bit 1999 to me with the design. If I logged in one day and had a more modern minimalist Asana-like design, I believe it would be easier for our clients to navigate and I'd experience more joy working in it too. (2) Slack Button: The inability to remove the Slack button from the portal has almost been a deal breaker for me. My clients get confused as to where to chat with me with both a Slack and chat area. I'd really like to be able to remove or that off in my account settings. (3) Portal Customization: I wish we had more of an ability to change more colors and the layout of the portal to fit our brand. In complete transparency, the gradient thing with just one color is again, a bit 1999 for me. I'd love to be able to remove the list view from the project as well since the project plan is where most of our clients like to work and collaborate with me. Being able to uncheck that would decrease redundancy in the view from the client's side.
Rocketlane is helping me to be a better Systems Integrator for my clients by having a more streamlined place to collaborate with them and a team. I've completed some massive workflow and CRM setup projects for my clients in record time using Rocketlane! I'm so glad I found it!

Unlike other platforms we've used, Rocketlane provides an exceptional user experience. There are several features that our team absolutely loves. Firstly, the projects view is remarkable, allowing easy customization and providing real-time updates on project status and progress based on completed and open tasks. This eliminates the need to constantly ask our Customer Success Managers for updates, saving us valuable time. Combined with the customizable reports and the ability to use CSAT surveys and create our own forms to track customer satisfaction, we have full visibility over our customer onboarding. Also we love the recent addition of key events tracking and intervals reporting. These features automate milestone task tracking and reporting on Time to Value, average duration, and more, eliminating manual input from CSMs, and for the most part we can share this data with the rest of the business with their Salesforce integration. Rocketlane also offers the advantage of granting customers access to their own portal with different views, ensuring clarity on tasks and timelines. Managing all communications, documents, and tasks from a single platform has streamlined our processes and reduced miscommunications, resulting in fewer delays.Task reminder notifications (via email or slack) help our team save time chasing customers for updates. Additionally, the ability to create playbooks and document templates based on dynamic rules has significantly increased our efficiency. Furthermore, the flexibility of onboarding plans/playbooks has inspired us to consider using Rocketlane for partner onboarding and success planning beyond the initial onboarding phase. Lastly, the outstanding support provided by the Rocketlane team has been exceptional. They have been responsive and helpful whenever we faced challenges or needed assistance. So, in summary, I highly recommend Rocketlane to any organization seeking to enhance their customer onboarding processes. It has proven to be a game-changer for us, and I am confident it will deliver the same positive impact to others.
There isn't anything that we particularly dislike, but we would love to see some improvements: - Having the ability to set default views for certain team members and allow them to see reports/dashboards (right now, only super users and admins can do it) - We would like to see more options to create different graphics in their dashboards and more options to customize their 'cards' (however there have been already tremendous updates from last year and they keep on improving them taking up our feedback as well!) - We would also like to have automations such as updating a project field or sending a custom message based on a task update (we've been told there will be a new feature coming out soon that will allow us to do this!)

The feature to add work hours per day as well as connecting tickets with rocketlane.
I always have to check the tags to select and it is quite time taking. Although I have no suggestions around it but is it a bit disliking.
Using rocketlane I can log time and track project progress at the same place, instead of going ticket to ticket and chasing the respective people for the updates. So yes, the time is saved and hassle too.

You can see time spent on projects and it's more user friendly than Jira and the customer service can not be beat.
There is nothing to report, Rocket lane has been very accomodating.
Instead of sending out emails to clients, we can notify clients of things or update them on Rocketlane. So it enables us to notify clients and also manage the project at the same time.
I like the tasks that we can directly add in the timesheets along with the google meets
