Having to use a 3rd party to interface with our accounting software. It causes many glitches.
We always struggled getting good data, and getting it in a format that we could use. With Salesforce in place that problem is completely gone.
It's always easy to search for and find opportunities and client accounts. Can also search customer stories with full text search.
Wish it was easier to review all similar opportunities in the past that are like my current opportunity or include certain skillsets.
It allows easy integrations, we've been able to attach staffing plans to opportunities and integrate it with our skills search engine.
