The software is very easy to use. Best software to log all the issues to client.

It helps with providing a unified view on all customers and helps track opportunities, leads, projects, contacts etc on one platform and assists salespeople manage their accounts and leads.
What I like the most about sales cloud is the fact that now I only have to use one single system to quote and process customer´s orders, in addition I like the flexibility it has to integrate another apps in it to facilitate access and capture all activity and interaction within accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, etc.
Nothing to complain about it at this point.
In the past we have to use many tools to get to one final point, now we have all centralized, easy to read and with visibility to all the steakholders within the company.
I would describe it as Flexibility. It can easily integrte other tool. Based on my experience, Using sales force integrated with Clari is the most powerful feature. It is very easy to use and the implementation is not complicated. You can get customer support any time as well. Both Sales Force and Clari are my morning routine.
So far, I haven't noticed any feature that I don't like. Maybe there are too much information but I think it is more about how to design the concept that suits the mission of the company.
Sales force is a single source of truth. we can find most customer related information in Sales Force. We can leverage these for sales anlalytics and business insight.
They have one of the best Sales and Customer Support Organization. Regarless of the size of your business.

I love being able to attach outside email messages to the Salesforce profiles. It allows me to see if they have opened the correspondence and I also love the text shortcuts which also save me time.
I wish there was capacity for more text shortcuts. I also remember from a while back a feature that allowed you to send contacts a message that you would like them to update their information and when they did it automatically updated in their Salesforce profile. I loved that feature and do not believe it is still available. If it is, I do not know how to access it.
It solves me wondering whether or not someone saw and opened my messages. It also keeps me from having to retype the same standard messages over and over. I like the fact that it can attach to multiple contacts from the same company.
