The best feature of SE ranking software is the accuracy of the local SEO keyword rankings. I also like the powerful reporting feature and that I can recheck keywords live again. This is the best feature rich SEO software I have used so far to check keyword rankings.

The one thing I dislike is there is no easy custom date selection option when I pull the report. The options available is 6 days, current month and previous month. I would love to select individual days for example first date I started using the software and today. So I would be able to compare the growth and improvement in SEO keyword rankings between the days I want. This can be a bit more simpler to select. Maybe implement a start date and an end date with 2 fields where I can select start date and end date.

I can see if our SEO Google keyword rankings is improving so this tell us where we stand with our competitors. There are also other handy features in the software that I use, but I predominantly use SE ranking for keyword ranking.

The website is self explanatory, no hidden menus or complex processes. Everything that matters is right on the front screen. Especially like the website audit option which quickly points out important errors and warning which need to be addressed. Even their audit is in plain English and easy to understand.

Within the past two weeks there were a few updates to their website and some of which caused a remarkable lag (sometimes up to 24 hours) when it came to website audits. This seems to be fixed now and other than that there is nothing negative to report.

It saves me quite some time. I like to see my daily ranking of my 10+ keywords. The website audit saved me quite some headache, was able to fix most of the issues myself without involving any seo/developer.

Seranking is so user friendly and creates simple or complicated reports according to your client's understanding. Love the extra tools. Love competitors seo/ppc report. Dig the onpage seo audits. I love that it automatically does a website audit on the site once added. The snippets are also really cool. The SEO potential is cool but I don't really understand it completely.

Your competitor research doesn't include South Africa. Also wish I could get more info from Analytics through to my projects. I would love more suggestion on how to improve on my accounts that i have signed up. I think I am bypassing some critical info and probably haven't set it up as well as I could have. Keyword suggestion tool needs to have South Africa and then I can recommend your tool to more South Africans. I also am probably missing something about local SEO. On the website audit it doesn't always pick up my sitemap especially if i use either Yoast or All in One SEO which is annoying.

I find being able to view your 5 competitors but then also the top 10 competitors - sometimes my clients top 5 are completely off the mark.

The white-labeling is great. It allows us to grant clients their own login and send customized reports.

It would be awesome if we could show local search (e.g. MozLocal) data, have review monitoring and customize the reports to show gain data only.

We are able to shoot out branded reports on the fly which saves a lot of time. The client dashboard makes it super fast and easy to show clients data and explain movement.

The features I liked the most apart from the SEO propositions are the overall holistic approach to the SEO of a website as a whole within an ever-evolving market. But the Page changes monitoring tool and the Lead generator just set them apart.

It is such a well thought product that I can't really find anything to be hypercritical of, plus the team is constantly updating with new features.

User onboarding and automatic audit reports was a must - Also to introduce this tool to some newbies they have a step-by-step marketing plan which helps a lot. The mobile and desktop separate SERP analysis and tracking and the social media metrics, reporting and posting just convinced me

I have the basic level service as I am a digital freelancer who has 5 main clients - where I do the ppc/seo. So I run a small amount of accounts (5) where I track the clients keywords rankings. I was a previous user of Moz, but found the pricing outpriced me as I couldn't spread the large monthly fee over the clients. But I find SE ranking easier to use, its more intuitive and doesn't make you pay a premium for services you won't need. If you want a quick and easy snapshot of how you are doing for keywords/backlinking over competitors its a great tool (and it tracks the keywords far quicker than seo moz too).

This tool is awsome for regular ranking monitoring in DIFFERENT locantion and countries. I also like the flexability of the price - I pay only when I make a request for position monitoring. I also use keyword clustering, new keywords and search volume evaluation and backlink tool.

I don't like the design of the graphics.

well, the benefits are cost-effective seo tool for position tracking, keyword clustering, backlink analysis (if my backling are indexed, how much I paid for them etc) and also keyword volume. Integration with my Analytics and GWT is alos awsome - it allow me to import to kw tracking new keywords on the go!

I am able to monitor more of my sites for a lot less cost than other tools. It helps me see performance over time and in comparison to my competitors.

The extensive features set is really great. There area lot of tools available and the different price packages are a brilliant idea where you can vary how frequently ranks are checked and how many keywords you want to follow. This allows you to build an affordable package that suits your individual needs rather than being forced to pay for something you don't want or use.

I'm actually struggling to find a standout feature that I don't like - there is a modest learning curve due to the rich feature set (if that can be called a dislike) and upgrading your package can seem a little confusing via the Avangate billing system but that's it!

As an agency I'm tracking multiple websites SERP's - SE Ranking is allowing me to take informed decisions as to the structure and content of our websites in order that they rank as well as possible. Without SERP rankings you are flying in the dark.

Its really easy to use and really clear to see the results.

As a new user my experience is limited but first impressions count. I came across SE Ranking looking for a website auditing tool and found so much more. Data is displayed with a clear and easy to understand layout with a good amount of helpful guidance for the newcomer. There is indeed so much on offer that I haven't even scratched the surface but I look forward to learning more about the additional features and in turn offering these services out to my own clients. What a value add to my business!

There isn't anything that I dislike but perhaps it might be handy to W3C validation to the suite of available tools.

I've been using SE Ranking for a couple months. Their UI is just perfect, simple, clean and objective.

1. Sometimes SERP goes wrong, nothing extreme, just get 1 or 2 positions for up or down but you can adjust yourself that keyword. 1. SE Ranking do not have a keyword research tool for Brazil yet.

Well, this platform became my fav business tool as now I can simply track the progress of all projects that we have. Its interface is quite intuitive so it didn't take much time to dive into its charts and tables. And what I love most is their lead generator widget! We've been working with it for few months and offering a free on-page seo audit to our website visitors. Well, this widget helps us to work only with hot leads and significantly improve our sales performance.

From one hand, I don't have any special recommendations for the platform as I'm not an SEO specialist but my team would appreciate getting more new databases... Easy to use and friendly UX. After a short exploring I started checking positions of our website without any difficulties. Also I've found a great option for competitor research. It helped me to analyze our main competitors – “spy” on their keywords, that they use for organic and paid search.

The disadvantage is that service doesn’t have mobile app yet and the Google Chrome extension – for small checkings it will be more useful than go into a full web version.

After we started using SE Ranking, our organic traffic increased by 120%. Of course, that was the result of our work, but SE Ranking tools helped us a lot in achieving this. The main benefit for me is that you can find all the tools that you need to compete with another businesses: search rank checker, website audit and research of competitors’ SEO/PPC activitie (which, by the way helps us to use some competitors methods and improve them to gain more search traffic (“learn from others' mistakes”).

I love the position tracking tool: nice-looking dashboards help analyzing the overall picture. I love that I can track positions for certain cities and the ability to track mobile rankings separately. Another favorite feature is the Competitor SEO/PPC research. I’ve recently started using it for the competitor analysis and that is great. Easy and fast for the competitive tracking.

There's not much that I can think of what I don't like about this platform. Maybe the only thing is that it is a bit to complicated use at first.

I like how it works, and how you can define your requirements. Results are very accurate. Month to month conctract with price discounts if you want to pay annualy. Nice interface and dashboard.

What I like best is the customer support. The speed of the support firstly and secondly the type of response. You dont get one of these generic replies, you get a custom reply with screenshots. You cant ask for better!!

It has everything I need to optimize my clients' websites. First, I can check rankings of all my projects at one dashboard and get notifications when some of my keywords enter or left the TOP. The interface, especially the recent update and feature organization are clear. I love the SE Ranking support - they are fast and really helpful. And of course all the tools, that help me to monitor the competitors.

It would be great to have more learning materials on the new features, like video course or some kind of a knowledge base.

As I mentioned, I mostly use it for my competitor investigation to make my PPC campaigns even more successful. BTW, they really hear their customers and improve the service based on the feedback.

I was really surprised by a bunch of SEO tools this platform offers. Wow! I can audit the website, get valuable recommendations on the SEO errors, find the best keywords, check rankings for all locations… That's not all! I monitor my competitors, manage all the backlinks I have and use autoposting… That's not all as well. Really, I'm more than satisfied!

Actually, my journey had already started so I haven't found any bugs. Hope I'll never find any.

If I have to pick just one thing I like best, it is SERanking's way of tracking keywords. Since you can pick Google, Google Mobile, Yahoo, etc. - this is perfect for those clients who want to know where they rank everywhere. I also love that you can see snapshot of exactly where you fell on the page (and who was around you) when the ranking were run.

I would love to be able to add a few more competitors to each client (you can currently do 5).

I am solving an expense issue, as SE Ranking is less expensive than the current tool I was using. The benefits are HUGE with the online marketing plan and website audit.

The thing that pulled me in was the pricing as so many SEO tools are very expensive! But what made me stay was the customer service.

The fact it gave me lots of work to do!! haha! I realised when I added my website that there were a lot of things I needed to do in order to fix some SEO issues I had - more work for me but it has to be done!
