I have been able to manage the online store easily thanks to the guides and tutorials of its technical support. With this tool I learned to make updates of the business.

I would not doubt to recommend this platform, because it has managed the products of the company, where I belong, very effectively. It is the only platforms that provides security, good technical support, and opportunities to sell. That is why, the company has had greater impulse.

The negative detail about Shopify is that commissions are very high. I think they should offer a discount If sales exceed a certain weekly or monthly number.

Even it is a complete platform I don´t like I can´t watch what does my clients have in their shopping cart. Something that it is possible with other platforms.

Shopify always helps me to solve any problems with my clients thanks to its blog system, where I can keep contact with my clients. In that space I can publish articles, lookbooks, videos, etc. to make more interactive my relation with my clients.

What is delighted about Shopify is how easy it is to use and it makes it very easy to start building your business, they will give you all the necessary tools to start, grow and manage the business correctly, offer an academy so they can learn how to properly manage a business and how to improve it, any information that helps you improve is very valuable, another thing that I love is that it helps you to create your website with a home page super easy to create without having to be graphic designer or programmer

One problem is that the only payment gateway that is integrated into the page is Shopify payments, the other payment gateways must be redirected to another tab to complete the purchase, and this could reduce the conversion rate, I would like a lot that in a future will improve in that aspect

Shopify has allowed us to better start the web page, have made it super easy to start, and offer all the necessary tools and a very nice support to be able to prosper, Shopify taught me to the basics of what we need to know in the business

I like that I can manage the customization of the website where I work and Shopify helps me to achieve an excellent job. I don´t like that it does not have files Robots.txt for being hosted in Shopify server to reject or to allow that Google can trace the site of the platform.
