I love how SocialPilot is constantly releasing new updates as trends come and go!

App on Ipad freezes quite a bit. Other than that - I love it!

Social Pilot works great, and I love the groups, makes it really easy to post to multiple channels for multiple clients. But even better, they are constantly improving the platform. I like that I get notices for cool upgrades all the time!

I wish it was free, but it's def worth the price.

I am able to get posts put out to multiple channels, schedule posts, and service multiple clients. Love the integration with Canva as well!

We love the calendar feature & duplicate post. Calendar is great when scheduling. I love that we can plan out pretty far, we can plan mutiple platforms and it is seemless. I have used other platforms and they disconnect. I have not had this issue with Social Pilot.

Ideally we could send clients a "proof" of planned content. Like if we could "download" the scheduled posts and send to them vs. them signing in. Another solid option would be if we could "alert" them that their posts are loaded and ready for revew. They forget to sign in and we have to remind them.

Helps us keep everything in one place and stream line logins, we dont have to issue log-ins to every SMM to be able to post to multiple accounts. Also allows everytone to see the plan in one place.

Pricings that make sense, all tier A social media supported with native app scheduling and premium support! What do you need more? Speaking for myself, nothing!

Having more collaboration features like creating comments and notes on the calendar or a chat function between team members would be nice. Also they could add an integration for youtube reels

I love social pilot because it's easy to use and the analytics are super descriptive

The only things I have ever issue with are the frequent disconnections and errors that happen with Instagram. I don't know if this is a social pilot issue or meta issue

Reliable social media scheduler for a good price

The platform and tools available through Social Pilot are quite easy and straightforward to use which requires little to no prior experience using a social media management platform. The adaptability and flexibility to connect multiple accounts and schedule posts are quite unique and reliable.

There is a lack of alerts or notifications for real issues with accounts or connectivity. If an accurate system in place could notify me in a timely fashion, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, some ways to distinguish emails from alerts on accounts rather than just ads or tips from Social Pilot. Something maybe as a title or a flag attached to the email.

It allows my firm and myself to manage many accounts on behalf of our various clients as we actively make changes and adjustments to our posting schedules for them.

I love how easy it is to use, add team members, add clients, and monitor posts that are scheduled. I also review posts that were already delivered and create groups to send the same message out across multiple platforms. I have 3 team members and 9 clients on this tool.

I haven't found any downsides and I have been using them for about two years. I continue to add and replace clients as needed and even use it for my own company's social media pages.

SocialPilot lets me schedule one post across multiple platforms months in advance. It also lets me do this for multiple clients. I have 25+ accounts tied to my SocialPilot right now and three team members who have varying access- some only have access to certain clients while others have full admin access.

The calendar function is hands down the best way to see your social plans!

Not having to switch between each platform/account to post, it can all be done in one place.

I have been using SocialPilot they started. I have watched all their innovation and update. I appreciate the fact that they are always on top of what's trending

Would love to be able to do multiple post in one place instead of a spreadsheet. However it still works just as great
