I've used both the 'free version' and the paid version of SurveyMonkey. Both are fantastic, based upon your needs. It has pre-formulated questions and great ways to break the information down. Customizable and easy to use!
I can't think of any item to dislike about SurveyMonkey. The paid version allows for the addition of logos, it's customizable and very easy to use. The free version is equally easy to use, but at a lower realm.
I wanted to know some feedback after the completion of a training session. The set-up of the survey was quite easy to complete and send out for completion by the audience.
Aside from the free version being pretty good overall with regards to any additional tagged baggage, the tool is really easy to use. With a great way of asking questions, followed by being able to see participation, I've really liked my interactions using the tool. I've used both SurveyMonkey and Zoom Forms and each work pretty good.
I'm not sure at this time, as I probably haven't used the tool enough to fully answer this question yet. Over time, I'm sure that I'll have more feedback for this question.
Looking to get consensus on a various list of questions from participants so that we can move forward in our various strategies. Being a hybrid/remote workforce, without the ability to just collect these from people in a room is convenient.
Besides being user friendly, SurveyMonkey is quick and easy to use. You don't have to use it for lengthy surveys either making it get down to the point.
I can't think of any dislikes at this time.
Direct questions and response from my team.
Easy way to obtain feedback from a team or focus group in order to make decisions based on real-world feedback instead of assumptions. Setup of the surveys are simple.
The limitation of 10 questions per survey prevents the ability to obtain feedback on a larger set of questions. This results in requiring multiple surveys in order to obtain relevant feedback.

Love it! The drag-and-drop builder and pre-built templates save so much time. You don't need to create every form for scratch and majority of times their templates can be reused. The UI interface is diverse and offers robust customization options. To top it all off, they have excellent customer support. Oh, and did I tell you that it's super affordable compared to competition. Their basic plan is Rs 1550/mo, compared to the likes of JotForm that charge $34 USD (close to Rs 3000).
For the most part, I'm a very happy user of SurveyMonkey. But if I had to nitpick, I should be allowed to white-label my forms/surveys on the Team Advantage plan.
We use SurveyMonkey for 2 primary purposes: 1. Getting surveys/feedback from customers about the product & fulfillment. 2. Get customized orders for custom products directly from our Shopify store.
SurveyMonkey has been so easy to use and how fast it works. I love it!!
At this time I can't find anything that I don't like about SurveyMonkey
The ability to do a survey and send it out to collect data.
What I like the most about surveymonkey is that it is very easy to use, I have been able to see its use for a long time, from my time in high school until today at work I see that the application is used a lot.
Perhaps what I like the least is that sometimes they limit you a bit in the preparation of surveys, having to resort to preparing several surveys to obtain data, doing this so that you have to dedicate more time, I think they could leave more open the way of preparing the surveys.
The problem that he solved is that today it is easier to obtain answers through surveys, either for internal clients (company collaborators) or external clients, without the need for tedious meetings, shortening downtime to dedicate more time to business.
It's an easy way to survey people on something without issue. I've used other feedback/surveys before that weren't user friendly. It's easy to you, and you can create your own.
I wouldn't say there really is anything I dislike bout surveymonkey. It's the best survey platform I've used. Sure, everything could be better but there is nothing I can suggest at this time.
Feedback mainly. It's good to get a demographic of individuals, and is easy to navigate how said website is performing. Usually I fill these out after a online order has been placed and received, and sometimes it's after a customer service interaction.
It is very easy to navigate and create survey information. It also allows ease of updating survey information as needed.
I wish there were more options in the free version but it is effective for surveys.
SurveyMonkey helps me to create effective surveys for various topics and gets responses that I need to improve processes. It also helps me capture information that I can transform into a report and share with leadership.
You can put enough questions, circulate to a huge sample of audience. You can leave the questions open ended and well as closed .
Nothing as much... But it would be great if it allows to put organisational templates.
It Helps me in reaching a wide range of audience. It helps take views and feedback from the target audience and prepare myself and the activities accordingly.
