Trello is fairly simple to use, it's quite intuiative. It's a great way to async with colleagues on projects and increase communication. It can streamline a lot of your work in just a few clicks.
Limited reporting and analystics. You can't dive deeper into what the team is doing and see the big picture. It's much better for a simple kanban of your team's work.
It keeps our communication transparent and makes sure there is ownership for any tasks and projects that come up. It's easy to assign, leave notes, track what's been done, and the progress of the overall task.
Trello has made it easy to manage tickets and improvement requests we have. The Can ban board makes tracking, prioritising and managing all our tickets. Collaborating with Developers has never been easier.
Do not have any complaints about the tool. It does what it is supposed to do.
We use the tool extensively to file and record bugs/user issues. We don't have to run after the developers to get updates, we just create a ticket, tag them and I can find the solution.
Trello is so easy to use that those in our group who had never heard of a project management tool were instantly able to contribute using Trello.
We have had no negative feedback. The results have been phenomenal.
We have multiple groups working on various projects that, at some point, will collide. Trello helps us anticipate and plan for these events.
What I like most is the way info is displayed in the tasks and the way they are assigned.
It looks a bit confusing in terms of communication, as I have to look for the latest replies and updates on each task.
Getting the tasks of my clients done and providing developments on their requirements.
It's one of the best project management dashboard where i can analyse my progress on various projects team collaboration notification system and real time updates are some of the exciting features in trello.the platform is very user friendly with drag and drop along with checklist features.the interface is customisable.
I have been using this and didn't found anything that can be reported or disliked.however still i hope for further improvements in the application in the upcoming time.
Its helping me to organise my projects and tasks along with tracking their progress and collaborating them with my team members. The platform is very user friendly and highly customisable the main feature is the real time notifications and project accountability which helps me tracking the details on a particular project.
The best thing about it is that it is a super simple application to use, the interface is very intuitive, it is straightforward to start any project, it is really versatile and very comfortable to work with, I loved its templates that are easy to implement and very useful to start the project It is a perfect tool for collaborative work, it allows me to create projects and tasks, organize them according to their priority or their status (tasks in progress, pending tasks and completed tasks), it has a notification system, I love that I can assign tasks to the work team or share notes and comments, it is helpful for personal work and for work in the company, it is straightforward to work on your boards and customize our projects.
I had a very minimal amount of issues so no complaints.
I love their Kanban or Scrum boards, they are straightforward to customize, I like that it is an easy software to configure, the tools panel is very comfortable and I love the options to categorize and prioritize tasks and projects, it is a very visual application , and with easy tools for the user to adapt quickly, it integrates perfectly with software like Slack or Google Drive, and I love how easy it is to add tasks to projects in the form of tasks, I love that I can have a follow-up of progress in an efficient way and what I like the most is the drag and drop function that makes everything very dynamic.
Trello has a pretty straightforward & easily understandable interface. So many free add-ons are available that make task tracking very convenient. It keeps us updated on every action performed on cards via email.
Trello has the required features for a task tracker platform; however, it would be great if Trello could allow us to reply to card comments in threads helping us to understand the feedback more closely.
Trello allows me to allocate and track tasks in one place. Its multiple add-ons help me add reminders, notifications, countdown timers, and valuable tools to keep the participants aware of their progress speed.
Trello has very smooth user interface that is appealing. It connects to various applications and they have well developed apps both android and iOS. Teams are able to create, assign , collaborate, track and be organized bon various projects. The management is aslo able to do analysis of each project and see the time take and resources used.
Trello as a project management tool has helped us to be more organized and collaborate on various projects. So far we have not experienced any downtimes.
Trello was simple to deploy and train users. Easy to create projects and assign them to different team members. It offers great analysis where we are able to see the time taken and resources used on each project.
Trello is able to manage simple and complex projects. Teams are able to collaborate on various projects very well. It's enables us to list projects and tasks in order of priority. Integrate well with MailChimp and aslo it's highly customizable into our different projects.
Trello has been very supportive application in our projects management. We have not encountered major problems. No dislike.
Trello pricing is very competitive compared to other tools in the market offering the same features. Technical support is very professional, available and very friendly. It's highly customizable to fit into our different projects and integrates well with other applications.
It's an open-source tool that helps manage your project and assign tasks to the developers. Helpful to keep track of your project's progress.
I have been using this for almost two years now and did not face issue regarding this tool.
Mainly, every project in our company is managed by this tool. Team lead, QA, developers can create and move cards to their respective sections and developers are assigned to the tasks with priority of that task.
We like the set of tools that the Trello platform has because it comes with features that allow proper management of planning tasks that we must do daily, and it has a simple interface that makes it easy to use. We love that its mobile version works as well as the desktop version, we tried with other planning platforms, and the mobile version was utterly pathetic. We like that Trello's search capability is excellent, and we no longer have to worry about searching for something when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
One of the main dislikes I ran into when starting up the Trello platform is that the storage space they provide for each activity is minimal, forcing me to put a general description of any action to understand it. The attachment size limit is also a problem that can be improved.
With much more organized when it comes to daily work planning, Trello allows us to do it in a more disciplined way and have a robust follow-up of such planning to ensure that each user fulfills their daily tasks without any inconvenience and faster. Saving time in all departments of our organization and considerable effectiveness in the results of each study that ends up being delegated to each person according to their position within the organization.
Great way to keep tasks and projects organized.
I do have some issues with the reminders / due dates etc. Perhaps it is a free version limitation.
Want a way to keep projects organized and track due dates. Trello really helps.
What I like the most is that it is straightforward to use, the design is very comfortable and easy to use, it is easy to create projects and within them your tasks, I can add the number of boards you want, I can share them with my work team , as well as I can assign tasks to team members, team collaboration is effortless, it integrates very well with Google tools, Slack and many other platforms, task tracking is effective, it is very dynamic and I can share files, create as many boards or cards as you want, the best thing is that it is straightforward to navigate and has a very intuitive appearance.
I did not encounter significant difficulties while using it, I have no complaints.
The most significant benefit is that we have significantly improved communication within the work team, it is straightforward to create the boards, I can also make as many as I want for each project, I love that the configuration is easy and complete, I can create tasks, assign them and modify them within the board, verify and monitor the current status of the tasks, I love the alert and notification system in real-time, it is straightforward to manage the work teams, I loved the integration with Atlassian and Slack, it is straightforward share files with colleagues or uploads images, the free version is entirely complete.
I love that it is super intuitive and easy to use. It was the first project management tool I used, and it is the best. I tried other tools, and Trello beats them every time.
I think I like everything about Trello. I think maybe the downside is that the free version doesn't have as many features and allows only a few boards, but the free version is also great.
Trello is a project management tool that helps you organize projects, tasks or anything you need with different visualization and allowing to add priorities and the responsible people for each assignment. I think it beats its competition because it is SO EASY TO USE and visually, everything is evident, you don't need tutorials to use it and that is what I love about it (I'm also a Kanban fan).
Can customize with plugin, is easy to use, have a reminder
A little bit expensive. Good if Trello have a price for one account premium that use as workspace collection and does not need to charge the member
i can track my production project currently and what is in to do, is it overdue or not
Trello is a perfect place for the detail-oriented to keep track of multiple facets of one project and multiple projects. You can choose a different background image or color for each of the spaces, a great visual cue for quickly navigating to the right place. The abilities to tag people and attach files make it extra cohesive. The spaces are also private, so you need an invitation from the creator(s) or collaborator(s) to join.
You create a card for each task or client or project, etc. and it can get overwhelming to look at pretty quickly. It also moves horizontally, so it can feel like an endless scroll to get to where you want. If you don’t have the right kind of internal process (i.e. your brain doesn’t work this way), it’s a lot.
Trello solves the problem of information housing. You can keep track of every little thing and when that little thing happened. It’s perfect for, essentially, collecting and storing receipts. It holds people accountable. It’ll also hold your files, so you can see which files/attachments go with which specific task or project. It eliminates confusion on that front, which is especially helpful if anyone is out of office and someone else is stepping in for them. It’s all outlined clearly.
Trello is a great product worth investing into. It's offers very nice features like due dates, labels and attachments. The team is able to prioritize their different task and aslo it's easy to schedule and assign task to different team members. Their pricing is very competitive which makes it easy for any organizations size to afford.
The customer support team need some improvements. It's hard sometimes to reach them.
Trello is very affordable for any company size. It's have very user friendly interface that helps users to easily understand the application. It's easy to schedule and assign task to different team members and their mobile version of the application is well developed.
I love how easy is to visualize what is happening with your projects and see them progress. It is understandable for everyone and you can integrate it with many platforms.
What I don't like about Trello is that there are still people that are not using it.
understand the steps and process for each project, visualize what the team is working on, keep on track of each task and the problem and solutions that require to finish them.
I like the best upsides of the Trello app; it's a great way to organize tasks and keep track of progress. It helps me to stay on top of things and be more productive. It's an incredibly useful tool that helps me to keep track of my work and plan ahead. I use it to create lists of tasks and prioritize them by importance. It also allows me to easily collaborate with others on projects, which is a huge plus. It's also great for tracking things like deadlines and upcoming events.
The downside is that if you have a lot of tasks to manage, it can be a bit overwhelming. But I think that's a common problem with any task management app. What I really dislike about Trello is that sometimes it can be difficult to make sure you haven't overlooked a task. I usually find myself going over my tasks multiple times just to make sure I didn't miss anything. It can become tedious but with a bit of practice, it can become a habit. In the end, I think the helpfullness of the Trello app outweighs the downsides.
With Trello, I can easily see what tasks need to be done, and when. Overall, Trello is an incredibly helpful app that can help make managing tasks and staying organized much easier.
