I find the layout logical and easy to update.
I find editing images is better down outside of WordPress.
We are a small online boutique executive search firm for nonprofits and higher education 14 person company. I wear many hats, including all content and image updates to our website. WordPress is intuitive and efficient as we have to make updates often to keep ourselves competitive in the market. And for someone like myself, who is responsible for all marketing as well as IT support and operations, I appreciate that WordPress stays true to itself and doesn't keep changing for the sake of change. I am able to do what I need to quickly and move on to the next task.
I loved how simple it was to create my webpage through WordPress. I was very intimidated about making a webpage, but it was not overwhelming at all. I am so happy with it and would definitely recommend using WordPress!
I am not sure of the downsides to WordPress. I am not a technical expert, so I can be intimidated easily.
I realize that I can easily change my webpage at any time. I don't have to get help because it is an easy program.
Works great for any website idea or concept because of its capabilities and flexibility. Also it has lots of addons.
I can't think about anything negative. It really is a complete solution.
I've created many differente websites based on WordPress and all of them have worked flawlessly.
Very friendly and easy cms with many features to use for creating a website.
Some small bugs. Most of them are disappearing after new updates.
Used it for my website e-blueberries.com because it is easy.
Learning curve could be a little steep but WordPress makes things way easier. Tons of plug-ins, themes, and options for any kind of website
Free options are limited but it's totally understandable. The UI is a little outdated
Creating new website for business has become extra easy with this tool. We can deliver professional looking websites or e-stores in no time and with a great look
First of all, WordPress is very easy to use ad start your website up ad running. I love the community support of WordPress since I will never lack a solution to my problem. With all the free plugins and themes available and also the WordPress documentation makes website development with WordPress a piece of cake. It has good search engines optimization and also good security.
This content management system has really helped our organization and hence I may have no dislikes.
As you may note, each and every business in the modern world have a website. We built our website on WordPress and now it's up and running to attract more customers. Through the WordPress plugins available we improve our website functionality on a daily basis.
i like wordpress very much with help of this i created many website which are eaily hosted online.
I have no much to dislike about WordPress, but sometimes plugins created issues with updates.
Other platforms took a lot of time, but with WordPress, I created websites easily and more fast.
There are several best things about the WordPress.org. The one thing i like is easy accessibility to the WordPress plugins , themes one want for their online e-commerce store. Best place also for organizations to market their products that make someone life easier who are doing business online by providing them free plugins themes etc.
Nothing much to dislike , everything is up to the mark they are doing great job
There are many problems In which WordPress.org helped me out. It is so easy to findout plugins to add functionality to ones site. It helped me in setting up more than 50 redirects which client asked to i fortunately got plugin from WordPress.org which did this easily else it could be very hectic for me to redirect that many URLs.
How easy it is: Just select a template, add some text and you are done. There are plenty of options to customize the design so you can make it look exactly as you want. It is very easy to edit and update text.
No Complaints: It's fast, easy and free. What's there to complain about?
I have used it to make websites that provide supplementary information for business events and business presentations.
The flexibility that WordPress provides is beyond imagination. It offers a bundle of plugins, themes, and other intensive features that can help anyone technically or non-technically sound to build a website, blog, or app instantly. WordPress is overloaded with tons of powerful features, has the best of designs, and the free WordPress software that helps one get started initially on building and designing a website.
It becomes a bit difficult to make optimum use of the platform, loaded with features. Similarly, the user interface can be made more flexible and easy to use.
I'm using this for my interests, for building my blogging website, and for sharing posts based on my experience with the larger community. I believe in learning, sharing, and contributing, and WordPress has given me the upper edge by being flexible and scalable wherever required.
WordPress.org is easy to navigate and build various websites on if you have some basic web-building, coding, and graphic design skills. With the 'contact us' instant help chat, even beginners could probably feel comfortable creating a website that fits their needs. I prefer its user interface to that of Wix or SquareSpace, but that's a personal preference.
I'm not a big fan of the new 'portfolio' update as a feature to the website maker as it won't allow me to make a URL that ends in /portfolio/. It's a personal preference, of course, but it could easily confuse others who cannot make a simple link to their online portfolio.
I can showcase myself online as a young professional with a sleek, easy-to-use, sophisticated-looking website. I haven't dealt with any technical issues on their end, nor do I find the prices for their plans to be outrageous.
It's a very simple application and user friendly! It's easy to know what you need to do and to find everything within the application to create what you need. The layout of WordPress is great and easy to use as well. The layout of the application is great too! It's easy to find everything you need and use everything they make available to you. They make everything pretty self explanatory for anyone to be able to use it. We loved that we have the ability to add insights, a store, and a blog! The blog is super easy to use, something that anyone could use, even if they don't have any experience using an application like this.
There isn't much I dislike about wordpress. I wish that it didn't require as much coding because it is difficult for those who don't have anyone who writes code for them. Along with the coding it can be difficult to learn how to use to widgets to add into wordpress. I would recommend making the coding less of a need in order to then allow all novice users the chance to develop what they would need without the headache of coding.
We have the ability to connect with all of our supporters and clients online using wordpress. EVerything you would need, wordpress has for you and you can get widgets to add to wordpress to get whatever else you may need. The widgets are easy to use and add to the application and work well together. The benefits of wordpress are endless. I have used numerous website applications and wordpress is the best by far.
Using WordPress was a little confusing at first; however, once I started learning how to use the tools and features, I knew this was a great program. It had everything I was looking for in a website builder: easy navigation, a blog, notifications, and most of all, security. I honestly had fun choosing my dashboard color scheme as it has so many options. Setting up my profile was a piece of cake! They even offer one-on-one quick-start sessions if you need them! Now that is support.
Although I was not quite ready to upgrade my site, I received consistent emails and notifications to upgrade my plan. I had opted out because I was still trying to figure out my blog strategy.
I love using the "Reader" as it has so much valuable information and tips for managing your blog. It's an easy-to-read interface and platform that is great for beginners or novices. I love following different sites and learning about what works and what doesn't. It helps you develop writing skills, language usage, and communicational skills.
It's easy to work with and has several tools and templates
It could be faster considering google new metrics
Creating website for small and medium clients
With WordPress, you can blog at your convenience and make your blog a reflection of who you are. The software to create a webpage is user-friendly and doesn't require a certificate for programming. There are several templates to choose from that can automatically make your page how you choose.
WordPress is expensive. If you don't want ads to show up on your page, you need to upgrade your plan.
WordPress allows us to reach a wide array of customers and the web count of visitors comes in handy.
They're always adding to make it easier and better. The Gutenberg editor is an amazing addition that makes writing even easier.
Honestly, I'm not always a fan of how some plug-ins aren't always compatible with certain themes or your theme updates and a plug-in you've used no longer functions. I know these are 3rd party companies creating plug-ins and themes, but still a feature that's derailed a few of my sites in the past.
The biggest benefit is that I've made been able to make money for myself by posting content, gathering email addresses, and marketing to people that way. It's the best tool out there for publishing content and getting ranked
Ease of use! I am not a super techy person, and using WordPress to update our website on a regular basis makes it so easy and straightforward!
The navigation takes a while to get used to, but once you know where to go, it's smooth sailing from there!
We use WordPress on both our English and French websites for our company and by using WordPress, we do not have to go to a developer or change code in order to make updates
I like wordpress and it is good to put your memories and share them with other people. It is very practical and detailed, the interface is easy, there is no way to discuss is the best platform to host blogs and websites.
The new update doesn't like it; editing on the cell phone isn't easy, the text disappears, the page doesn't show the font or size editing option.
I use it to read comments, interact with readers and check stats. For those starting out provides hosted website free and simple.
WordPress is very user friendly and I love that you can find templates to use to suit your needs.
There is a bit of a learning curve when using this software. But I was easily able to do the tasks I wanted by simply watching some youtube videos.
The problem this solved allowed me to have a website and the benefit was that I didn't have to hire anyone to do it. I was able to do it myself.
There are two types of WordPress Solutions available for users. Wordpress.com and Wordpress.org. WordPress hosts the first one with limited functionality for a free account. But the second one, Wordpress.org, which you host, enables you to build any website hosted by your choice of hosting provider.
It requires you to follow a deep learning curve to modify the look and feel, and functionality according to your requirements. Although it is the most popular CMS, you can outsource your work for few bucks on the freelance marketplace.
I'm using the Wordpress.org CMS on my website, which is currently under construction.
