Zoho is like a sales dairy for a sales person where we can manage our sales activiti and it helps to remember the last activity of an account.
sometimes it hangs and sometimes every salesperson can access the data of another salesperson.
Zoho one is helping me to stay updated with my deals and clients and also helps me to maintain the sales data.
Its been 2 year I am working with zoho product its awesome and very easy to manage and very easy customise acc to our use. We are using it to manage billing and CRM, workflow os so awesome and very easy and clear which help us to grow our business as well as reduces so much effort.
Still need to work on Reporting and monitoring part, Rest all are awesome.

Zoho CRM..! I have been using Zoho CRM for three years. It is beneficial for Companies / Offices. In our daily routine, we need to call and follow up with the students. Also, we need to update the status of Students. The company will assign leads for every employee to follow up. By using this Zoho CRM, we can filter Hot Leads and Cold Leads. Based on that, we can follow up and note student status and details. Also, we can set reminders for the students who are not responding. If any lead is not responding continuously, we can directly send a request through Zoho CRM to the Internal Follow-up Team. If we want to send a WhatsApp message or email to a particular student, we do not need to save numbers on our phones. We need to download the WhatsApp application on PC. There is a direct option in Zoho CRM like the WhatsApp symbol. We can Click that and send messages directly through our WhatsApp Application. Coming to Emails, there is an option like an Email; we can click that and send an email directly to the particular student.
There are no such dislikes about Zoho CRM. If we have any issues regarding Zoho CRM, we need to raise a ticket to the sales department. They will take minimum time. In the meantime, there are many ways to do things in our daily routine it will get delayed. Sometimes Zoho CRM will make us confused with their activities like simple things, creating reminders.
Whenever we face issues with Zoho CRM, we have a separate team that is IS team / Sales Team. We will raise a request/ticket, and they will solve the issues. But the main problem is we will face difficulties more times with Zoho CRM. It will take time to resolve from the particular team. As well as, we have benefits with Zoho CRM. We can easily track the Lead profile and status. We can make notes for every conversation, which will be helpful for further communications with the same lead.
