I like how easy Zoho CRM is to tailor to my business. It does not require a lot of coding or developer knowledge to make minor changes to the user interface and I like that a lot.
The only thing that is difficult about Zoho CRM is that the security can sometimes be a little too "tough" when signing into your user account. This is hardly a terrible thing, though, but it can be tricky, significantly if a security setting is adjusted on accident in other Zoho products.
I am solving the problem of keeping track of customer interactions with Zoho CRM and the customer "experience." I am also solving the issue of connecting online customer profiles to build my database.
The best part is the User interface and the visualisation. It allows the managers to take a review of the resource availability and gauge how efficiently the resources are spending their time.
Less integration available with 3rd party tools. Also the product software upgrades are not frequent. With these limitations, the pricing does not look valuable
Benefits about the resource availability which allows the sales team to forecast for their projects accordingly. Also it has bought operation effectiveness through optimum utilisation of resources.
Zoho is always improving their products and they have more features available now than most of their competitors. Good customer service and system servers are never down.
Translation to Portuguese is not so reliable.

Using motivator, you can create Games that create an environment of competition in the organization and increase productivity. We implemented Motivator in one of our organizations, and the impact it created was incredible. Everyone in the sales was working on getting on the top of the list.
You cannot create custom dashboards in Motivator, and the basic dashboard that it provides is not powerful to show complex reports. The application is a beautiful tool for basic reporting but not advanced analytics.

The Zoho CRM is very easy to learn. It really provides services for sales professionals to identify the nature of the leads captured by the tool, it gives real-time information for better analysis to judge the priority of the leads as new, cold and warm leads at a single platform. The features are so functional and useful for day to day professionals. I have been loving it.
It is difficult to say what I dislike as it is a one-stop solution for your client relationship management, had a great experience and the platform is indeed user friendly. It really solves the business purposes.
