I have used Zoom Info for many years beginning with the Discoverorg days. It has allowed me to easily research prospective and present clients. The tools allow me to efficiently grow my sales. The information is the most accurate that I have ever used.
The filtering is sometimes difficult to navigate
Zoom Info is the only tool I have found that has continued to update the accuracy of the information. Therefore I can spend more time prospecting and less finding the information for prospecting.
The deep information provided about the following things, About the customers data and to know about the organization followed by the way it easily get integrate and even the new employess found it easy to implement.
The Problem is only one as such, the moment I click back it reloads and again I have to begin from the start this doesn't happen all the time but 40% of the time it happens.
It solves the most important part that it saves time; I don't need to call the wrong lead and waste time and disturb the wrong person. Here I check the prospects details and then I call. I feel like it's more important
Has scraped info and can get emails and phone numbers of the key contacts more often than not. Even cell for the contacts you are looking to get int touch with.

Any time there is someone new who starts, I always tell them to utilize zoom as much as possible because it is going to lead to better results. It's extremely easy to use and has a number of features that fit hand-in-glove with our role in sales.
While few and far between, there are times where the contacts have not been updated and someone listed may no longer be at the company. This is a small thing though because even if someone is no longer at the organization, it's a good starting point.
The biggest problem that zoom helps with is time management. It's infinitely faster making contact with a company when you know of certain people within departments that you can specifically ask to speak with. Also, the way in which you can customize searching for businesses by industry, revenue, etc is extremely helpful.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is the best place to go to find detailed company and client information. It's easy to use, clear, consice information that you cannot find elsewhere. The integration tools also save time and money.

If the information provided is more accurate it will be amazing as some prospects are no longer with the company but even then they are have been shown

It is very intuitive and has great features around finding accurate details about leads and learning the hierarchy in the company. The implementation was easy giving me a easy way to implement the data from my CRM. I ahve been more and more dependant on how finding customer details frequently. I have not had to use the customer support as the features have been seamless for me.
Sometimes I will not be able to find information around smaller companies where most of my leads come from.
ZoomInfo is currently solving my problem of not having sufficient data to go after a lead. The extra edge I receive from this really helps me understand business structure and find the right contacts in the company.

What I like the most about ZoomInfo is its up-to-date contact information for the contact that I am looking for. There might be a slight delay on the update but that's reasonable and normal. But still the best one out there.
