I am the founder of Supersourcing.com, a platform to hire perfect tech partners (2400 agencies or 12,000 engineers). For the last 4+ years, our entire sales team has been using Salesflare - such an awesome productivity multiplier tool for your whole staff! We have tried multiple tools in this time like Pipedrive, Freshsales, and more but nothing compares to how easy it is with Salesflare! Other tools are too complicated when you just want all information at hand so that your employees can hit their target and input details about meetings etc... It's frustrating filling out data-heavy forms as well which slows down everyone on every task they're performing while also wasting precious minutes spent typing away useless crud into these systems. Many companies are looking for ways to automate their sales process, but not many have succeeded in doing so. Salesflare is a powerful automation solution that manages all the details of an email inbox and presents them neatly on one page including team members from Linkedin, company size information about how often they visit emails or get new messages, etc., as well as creating tasks based off what's found by clicking through links with just an Email ID inputted. We recommend salesflare to all our partner companoes
All great so far, they build fast, they are quick to support.
1. Sales Automation 2. Not very complex product
This is the first time I have a CRM that does not add more work to my plate. Salesflare integration with Gmail, auto-populates everything, from account info, to contact info. To a point at which without moving a finger I can even see what has been the last social media posts from a new contact. This is what every other CRM should aspire to be. Adoption and ease of use are through the roof. Within a day and not longer than 20 mins training was needed. Another great thing is that this CRM is account-centric instead of opp-centric. This means that even when a new sales member comes in or any person wants to know what has happened historically, they would just go into the account and see everything. Instead of having to do a million filters to see every opp.
UI can be better. Is not the most beautiful tool, but it WORKS. Analytics is kinda basic. They need to improve.
My old CRM was a mess. "Update the CRM" was probably the most used phrase in my sales team meetings. Since we joined Salesflare I had probably said it just once. on related to notes. But all the other things happen automatically.
Salesflare is very user-friendly, nicely laid out, looks clean and fresh on the eye, and with the use of workflows, APIs and Zaps it can be very much adapted to suit the needs of your business. I'm currently chatting with the Salesflare team to see how their platform can work with our relatively niche needs. So far, I'm finding them to be very obliging so far and feeling confident that together we will make it work. I find Salesflare's enthusiasm to be most refreshing, and their co-founder, Jeroen, and customer support team are most helpful. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, value-for-money CRM that will save you and your team admin and input time, and one that you will all like to use rather than seeing it as a chore, then be sure to take a look at Salesflare.
I haven't found anything I dislike as yet.
Salesflare is a clear and easy-to-use platform for our not overly tech-savvy end-users to understand and use. Salesflare is far more customizable than some other CRMs I've come across in the many months I've been researching which one best fits our niche needs.
I love how simple is to use it and the more you use it more you love it.. I got demo from Taylor after I had been been using Salesflare for few month and she showed all the tricks and made Salsflare much more value for us here at Crankwheel Brilliant stuff :-) Regards Gilsi from the land of fire and ice
Nothing so far. Love the software and their customer support BOOOOM
Much more included than i expected. Can solve most of my needs in selling and onbaording customers and keeping me up to date with my leads.
This CRM company not only has the easiest to use platform, they also have the best client service of the world. They are just great, and they help you as soon as you get stuck with a question ... and it does not cost a dime more!
It's a pity that Microsoft does not develop Outlook for Mac's as well as Outlook for PC's. Many of our colleagues use a Mac. And therefor, the plug ins of Salesflare for Mac do not work on our Macs. Besides that, the platform is just plainly great.
It's a great platform to keep the history of the contacts with clients. And it helps us structure our sales process.
Salesflare is intuitive, straightforward to use and offers "enough" for most small businesses without going over the top on redundant features.
Really, there is nothing to dislike about Salesflare.
We use Salesflare primarily as a cold email outreach tool. It took us less than a month to build a $100K + pipeline by using its feature set.
As someone who is new to CRMs I really enjoyed how easy it is to navigate the website.
There was a few small things that I was not able to do. For instance, I could not add a hyperlink into a picture in the email template. Im sure this is something that will be fixed in the future and does not deter me from using Salesflare as my CRM!
We were having trouble tracking all of our progress and it caused us to make double calls and double emails sometimes.
Scanning of business cards and almost 100% scan accuracy.
Maybe, It could have more ways to filter accounts
Managing customer. small campaigns
Easy to use, brings all info together. Supports collaboration with team. Very few inputs, good overviews, alerts, ....
Reporting possibilities have improved in latest release....as well as functionality...
Pipelinemanagement - Keep track of opportunities Time reduction for preparing forecastmeeting by 80%
The ease of setting up accounts, contact and pipelines.
Only integrates with Gmail. But I'm okay since I prefer not to have any software tracking my emails.
Reminders and having a daily list of customers to follow up in my CRM.
Launching, testing, and using Salesflare over the last 3 months has been a relief. After joining a team using a project management tool for their CRM, we successfully moved >20 reps onto the new platform with little or no hiccups. The team appreciates the visual aspects of the deal flow (opportunities) and the collaboration opportunities with multiple team members. Integrating to O365 captures emails and calendar items within the account to ensure all aspects of the engagement are visible. The support though text and email has served us well. Happy that many questions from the reps can be resolved directly via video & FAQ
Occasionally, we have to await a bit for support on an item that is not with FAQ due to their HQ in EU. They have resolved every question and offered ideas to streamline our workflow.
Using Salesflare, we've launched and restructured multiple sales teams. We've managed the onboarding and offboarding of team members - ensuring that the clients and prospects are properly managed throughout the process.
The platform is easy to use and gives all of the insights we need to track the success of our sales funnel. We also love the outbound email campaign features.
The outbound email platform could be a bit easier to embed text and photos.
Its been very helpful in organizing our salefunnel and figuring out what works and what doesn't when it comes to closing deals.
- Integrations (Google, ...) - Reminders - Tracking - Functional Mobile App (mails, call tracking, ...) - Email workflow - Templates
I would like to see more Reporting possibilities. It would be nice to see more native integrations (without zapier) such as Autoklose, Facebook, Trello, Microsoft (todo) and wordpress. (Currently available via Zapier).
It is a very good tool and easy to use. It is also very intuitive if you start using SalesFlare.
Its automated data input helps keep everything in one place and saves me time to actually focus on my clients instead of always filling out the CRM.
In the beginning, there were some features missing but they've already added them
Deals are no longer slipping through the cracks because Salesflare automatically reminds me to follow up and automatically triggers email sequences when leads match a certain filter.
Its ease of use, Salesflare is an incredibly user-friendly platform. Love all my emails are synced, I can be on top of everything.
There are still some small improvements that could be done, but overall it;s a great product. I would like the possibility to have different workspaces within a company and allowing different teams to see each other;s pipeline.
I don't forget anymore about conversations I've had and need to follow up with.
The best part is that Salesflare automatically enriches account, adding new contacts and allows you to run smart email follow ups based on multiple triggers.
They don't have webforms. That would be a fantastic feature to collect MQLs/SQLs and add them to CRM without using 3rd parties.
Managing pipeline with my small team
CRMs are hard. If you don't use them, they don't help you follow up your leads better and sell more. I've tried just about everything: Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ... Salesflare is the first one that actually stuck with me. It stays up to date without me having to do anything. Data input is just so easy. And it actively helps me follow up with automated reminders (they call it "suggested tasks").
I was looking for a LinkedIn integration as I use that a lot (the personal version, not Sales Navigator or so), but I understand LinkedIn/Microsoft does not allow it. Hope that changes at some point.
It's all about following up leads for me. I was able to have less deals slip through the cracks with Salesflare. Think I'm earning a few 100k more now per year, but I haven't done the exact calculation.
Es amigable, facil de implementar y de usar
No me gusta como se ven los tags cuando exporto una lista
Los embudos son muy simples, la logica e interaccion entre empresas, contactos, oportunidades es muy amigable
We had been using another CRM for our hotel company in Sri Lanka for a couple of years and although we kept it fed with contacts, hardly made use of it - wasn’t very intuitive, didn’t have a decent mobile app to work with during tradeshows etc. Started tinkering around with Salesflare and quickly found that it was a very robust, extremely well-featured piece of software. The mobile app is excellent, identical functionality as the desktop version. Customers support is particularly good. We now actually use the CRM intuitively instead of it gathering dust and collecting contacts.
Nothing really - bulk edits could have more options, rather limited currently. I'd like to for instance select all contact countries that show as US and change to United States.
Regular intuitive communications with contacts, nice workflows
adding contacts and account from emails.
nothing for the moment, as i have not been using all the features (which are growing..)
I wanted to add customer and have an outlook and forecast at a glance, see the opportunities and income, leads, lost reasons, and sync with the mobile phone
