Before EngageBay we have to have different tools tho achieve the same results, but it was harder to consolidate, and somethimes it leads to some inconsitency between Support, Sales and Marketing teams. Now we can easly keep the track of all customer engagements, we shutted some tools off, and we have more productivity and simplicity.
EngageBay gives the best insight to run Email Marketing and Deals exercises on one stage. Are use EngageBay for most things that include a business pipeline, CRM, Appointment scheduling, and undertaking the board. EngageBay handles all of marketing, Deals/CRM, and backing needs effectively and intuitively at an incredible cost. Deals measure was inviting and never pushy. Onboarding is an ongoing cycle, and the group is responsive. It is a finished and intuitive instrument. Engagebay can undoubtedly arrange all email contacts so that can keep a light track of the business stream and improve or interlink associations with clients and return them stronger. The social suite isnt really a tool I can use yet. I personally dont see the point of being able to view some of my social networks without being able to post. BUT on the other hand, they are fairly new and I understand that developing new features take time.
I've saved hours and hours from many automation features. As well as the CRM where I can track everything from leads to deals. I used to have to input everything manually as well as having a PA part time. Now I dont need that anymore.
Easy to use, great service and really reactive team. 1000% better than HubSpot.

EngageBay handles all of my marketing, Sales/CRM, and support needs easily and intuitively for a great price. Sales process was friendly and never pushy. Onboarding is an ongoing process, and the team is very responsive.
If I have to pick something, I'd say it's not as "pretty" as others in the same marketplace, but I don't really care. Some functions aren't as intuitive, i.e. even though you can create automation through the sales bay, it works better through the marketing bay.

This system makes creating funnels super easy. You can then customize it to suit your needs, you are also able to create web forms and landing pages easily.
I am always on the move and ideas often pop-up in most unlikely of places. I really like the fact that this tool is so lite that I can easily use it even when I have very basic or even slow Internet speed. I even use my landing pages not merely to promote my blog but sometimes to contain my blog since it is responsive and good enough. Sometimes I cannot access my WordPress admin page so I use this as an alternative to publishing some of my content then just put it on the main site when I have a more stable connection. This system really helped me out to get my ideas out the soonest. I even have my Twitter, Facebook and Instagram set on EngageBay.
I would not say problematic. But I think it will be very nice if there is a mobile app for this. It can further help me with my content management and creation.
The main problem I encounter is having a system that is lite enough for me to use even in remote areas where an Internet connection is weak or rare. This system is able to deal with that well. It greatly helps me with my productivity.

I always wanted to do my business with sophistication but with ease. I wanted to have a platform with a lot of function but does not require too much technical knowledge. I think I found the system I need. I am amazed by how much function it has in one place but a bit hesitant to use it because I don't like the frustration of setting up a complex system. So I contacted support to ask basic questions and from there I think it is amazing. I am able to find functions and make it work with minimal support.
When I google questions about EngageBay, it seems that there are not much of articles I can find. I like doing things on my own and prefer not to contact support. So I think it will be helpful for you to enhance the guide articles you have available online.
I am able to do my business with sophistication and ease. I have all the function I need in one system. I think it is not difficult to set up. So far marketing function and other function works perfectly for me. I am able to get this comfortable piece of technology at a very affordable price.
I am a guy that simply wants to run my business with the use of technology but does not like to get a headache with it. I am an old guy that likes technology and knows I need to make use of it to be efficient. I have been using this tech and normally encounters a problem which causes me to hate the system I use because of the things I find gibberish. With EngageBay, it seems I simply need to learn a few things like how to log in and where to click to find stuff. I like the fact that it is affordable and I can do my business with ease using just one system.
There are still some native integrations that they don't have. Like LinkedIn sync and the social suite does not have LinkedIn too. Anyway, they said they developing it so I hope it will be there soon.
I am able to work using one tool and able to easily use it. It seems that the system made it easy for me to find things. It helps me to become more efficient in doing the task related to my business and I do not have to learn rocket science to get the system to take off.
I was really just testing this system since it has all the features I need to run my small business but I am not really expecting that it can work well. Apparently the performance and the functions seamlessly work based on the setup I created and was able to run a system like the one I am running using my more expensive platform.
It still lacks come features that I might need in the future. Like a place to put my products. some features are also not completely working. It just so happen I do not need some of those non functioning parts. But, seeing those bugs still bothers me just in case I decide to completely go with EngageBay.
In my current setup. I would say it can completely handle my business operation at a very affordable price. Currently, I am using this with my more expensive software. But, once I see all the functions that I will need in the future available. I will then switch to EngageBay completely.
It has a lot of features. Almost all of the features work as I expect it to. When you visit their site it says it is a complete platform and honestly, you will only need 3 to 4 more features and you can really say it is a complete platform where you can do your business. Anyway, there are a decent number of working features that prove really useful.
Not all of the features work as I expect it to. I think it is just fair that I will give them a chance to improve the product since they are fairly new compared to others. I can also see that they are working fast on improvements and upgrades
Having to do almost all the processes we need to do under one platform. Especially considering that it is more affordable than similar software with as many features. I am not really expecting much when I tested it. But, I am really glad it works so well despite the low pricing.
The tool is a complete software that covers everything I need. From Marketing, Sales and even service. It is easy to use and understand and has a lot of features that are really very useful to me. I am just glad I do not have to pay for several tools and use them together. Instead, I was able to find this tool and effectively implement the strategy we designed.
It is lacking some features I need which they said they will be setting up in the future anyway. Also, I experience a bit of technical problem almost every time an update is implemented. which they fix really fast. But, I think it will be better to put a solution in place to prevent those issues from happening. Prevention is always better than cure
We were able to implement an inexpensive solution that covers all our needs as a company. Like Marketing, Sales, and service. The number of features in the system is a lot for something in this price range. We were also able to get some modifications in the system done. The Dev team is very welcoming of our ideas.
It has all the feature I need to do the campaign I designed. It has email automation, Landing pages that I can customize on a code level. It has Inline and pop-up forms. I can manage my social media and so many more. What I like above all is the fact that I can talk to the team if there are certain features that can be added in the system. As long as it is feasible, they welcome it.
There are certain features that cease to work from time to time. It doesn't impact much of my campaign but it will be good to keep the tool working. In fairness to the EngageBay team, they fix things fast. But, I really prefer to encounter less problem or none at all
I am able to do all the things I need in one platform. It really makes monitoring maintenance, strategy development a lot easier. We do not have to learn a lot of tools and if there issues, we simply have to contact one support and they can cover all issues internal to the system. It is really convenient that way.
I really like the idea that Digital Marketing, sales and service feature is combined into one platform and even powered by automation. The system enabled you to create a full cycle automation that can cover Marketing, Sales and Service and connect each one. I am not really sure what I do not like I think more native integrations are needed. More support documentations are also needed. The youtube videos are good but it will be better to have a page containing the contents and properly sorted for ease of use.
We were able to use one system for all of our Digital marketing needs. Not only that, it gave us the ability to automate our digital marketing but sales and service as well and even make all the platform connect with one another. It also integrate easily with some of our essential tool whether be it native integration or via Zapier. The tool is really great. Above all, we were able to get all these features in a very affordable price.
The system is really easy to use for someone who is new to this kind of system. The platform also has a lot of features that are useful to me. Before I really thought I need to get a combination of tools. So far this one is good enough for me. The support team is really friendly and willing to accept suggestions just to improve my experience.
Does not have enough support articles and videos yet. There are also a few features that maybe useful to me like schduling a post. I think they considered it when I made the suggestion. But, I will still wait when it is fully implemented. I also experienced a few bugs when I got started.
